Addressing Your Claims:
Service & Chargeback Dispute
You utilized our services for one month before attempting to file a chargeback.
The chargeback was unsuccessful, meaning your attempt to reverse the payment was denied.
This is not a fault of our company, as services were rendered and agreed upon.
Past Due Account
Your last recorded payment was in March 2024, and your account has been past due since then.
After conducting a routine audit, we found that you have not made any payments since early 2024, and it is now 2025.
Due to non-payment and lack of communication, your account was referred to collections.
Equipment Return Discrepancy
You ordered a device in February 2024 and received it on March 6, 2024.
You claim to have returned the device on March 7, 2024, and we received it on March 11, 2024.
However, you never provided valid return tracking, which is required per our policy.
Credit Impact Claim
Any impact on your credit rating was not caused by our company but rather by your failed chargeback and delinquent payments with ****** (**************).

I have reviewed the business' response and am rejecting it because: the documentation provided by the merchant is fraudulent. Again the device was returned the following day that it was received. The merchant was in possession of the device on 03/11/24. Again the merchant proceeded to charge my account on 03/18/24 after the device was in their possession for 8 days. The device was returned before 30 days , the **************************** receipt tracking number confirms that they were in possession of the device before the 30 days. Again the tracking number is 9534-6141-883-4067-7519-92. I have been informed by ****** that the merchant keeps reinstating the charge to my account. At this point this charge is fraudulent, and at this point this is harassment.

We stand by the validity of our documentation and the legitimacy of our charges. Your claims of fraud are entirely baseless, as evidenced by ******* ruling in our favor after reviewing the supporting documentation.
Regarding the tracking number you provided, we have no control over **** records or how their system displays tracking information. If you believe there is an issue with **** tracking, that is a matter to take up with them, not us. Our policies clearly outline the return process, and a return alone does not automatically void chargesespecially if contractual terms were not met.
Furthermore, we do not reinstate charges arbitrarily. Any charges applied to your account are in accordance with the signed agreement. If you believe otherwise, we encourage you to pursue this through the appropriate legal avenues rather than making unfounded claims.Customer Answer

To start with thier customer service is abysmal. The first occurance I was double charged 3 monthes in a row last year they finally cleared that up then they constant try to upgrade and every time they do it never works then it ends up with a service interruption for 3 weeks and you get charges full price of ***** in my case it was on 8/23/24 and no one will get back to me after I was told it would be proratedInitial Complaint

So I purchased an Internet plan through them with a initial $20 to start the plan and the plan was $60 a month for Internet but the lies and created a fake tracking number stating they sent out the device and activated a subscription for there service I never received anything from them and now they are refusing to cancel my subscription this is a legit scam company no one should ever do business with them.Business Response

All one time start up fee's are final as stated here , All routers and plans are owed and operated by UnlimitedDataServices LLC we hold the right to cancel or suspended a line at anytime for misuse, we also hold the right to send debt owed off to collections for the amount owed.
Terms of Service Agreement upon checking out must be checked before ordering or allowing a order. Once the order agreement box is checked it will let you proceed with the order. We will use this agreement check**** and your name with your agreement papers in the event a bank case is filled. By checking this **** you are allowing us to adopt a document and put your name and order number on the line of the agreement via electronic adoption.
Routers must be sent back in original conditions with the original box upon canceling service, any router not sent back or if its been sold without UnlimitedDataServices consent we will seek legal actions against the client that has done so . You can not put your own sim cards or reset or remove any warranty stickers on UnlimitedDataServices routers this will be violation of service and will end in suspension or legal actions .
All customers that violate these legal actions shall be charged a $250 cancellation per line owned including dealers , This is a legally binding agreement between UnlimitedDataServices LLC and any client / Dealer of UnlimitedDataServices LLC. This is not a contract, but any terms violated will be charged fees based on amount of lines/routers/past due bills owed.

I had this company for internet services and purchased a router through them. Within 2 hours of receiving the router I contacted them because the router didn**;t work. **************** told me to put it in the mailbox and someone would come out and change it out. I got it back and it still didn**;t work. I was supposed to be getting 150megabytes and was only getting 1. I asked if I would be charged for monthly services and customer service said no but money has been taken out of my account. Autopay Cancellation- To get an Auto Pay / Auto Draft canceled all equipment must be sent back in original box and condition . Equipment will take 2 days inspect and check for damages , any equipment sent back with more then 5 days past last billing cycle must pay the bill for the next post paid month due to that cycle already starting .

We place a warranty sticker on all equipment so that no one with mess with the internal parts . Upon reviewing your modem returned we found the warranty sticker and original boxing missing to our equipment

Signed up for a 7 day, no risk, no contract, no credit check internet plan (per the company website main page). The modem was delivered 2/1/2023 at 11:13 AM, an email notifying to cancel was sent on 2/8/2023 at 8:30 AM, the company confirmed they received my cancellation notice. The modem was returned to the company per the instructions provided. The website also claimed they provided a shipping label, this was untrue and I had to pay to ship it back myself. They are saying they haven't received the shipment; but It was sent back on February 14th via USPS and the company is refusing to return my money. This is a response to the case of UnlimitedDataServices and ******* ********* This customer did sign up for our 7 day trial. We also said we would get a refund to her if she would provide the tracking information to the router that was being sent back. We received no response to this question. We ask for proof of tracking because we still have not received the modem and wanted to make sure that the address was correct and if not we could try to figure out a solution. But this buyer never gave us this information. She's also wanting a refund yet she filled a chargeback with her bank so the money was already deducted from our account. I am rejecting this response because: The company never said they would provide a refund under those circumstances, only if the router was returned WITHIN the 7 days. USPS tracking # is **********************. The company should apologize for the gaslighting and deceptive practices. The company sent me an email stating they were sending me to an attorney and collections when I contacted my credit card when Unlimited Services was so unhelpful. The company still owes me 92.32 from the withdrawal on February 21, 2023. I want a refund immediately.

Damages and issues

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, monthly internet subscriptions, Tv Monthly Subscptions.
The monthly subscriptions include Frosted plan , Chill Plan and Fire Plan.
Chargebacks and Bank Cases
Certain types of items cannot be returned if a chargeback or bank case is filed , these included( Internet routers, and Monthly Internet Plans) Please note the customer that files these chargebacks may be subject to a $25 charge back fee which must be paid or will be sent off to collections along with other debts owed.
Harassment
This policy has a no return policy on harassments from clients which can included ( spam calls, spam text, spam email and threats ) If you violate these terms we UnlimitedDataServices LLC hold the right to refuse any return that has be sent or requested.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Attached is a copy of the shipping receipt from when I received the router along with email confirmation of cancellation within 7 days.
