On 01-09-2024 I Found a 2019 F350 listed for ****** on their website. I messaged them, and asked for availability. They said it was available. On 01-13-2024 I drove an hour and a half to the dealership. The truck was there, completed a test drive, agreed to pay the full asking price, with them offering what I felt was a fair trade in value on my F-150. We agreed to terms, ran my credit, we even signed up for the extended warranty. After all was agreed on, they told me they couldn't sell me the truck because they didn't have the title yet. If I wanted to hold the truck I would have to put a $1000 deposit down. I told them I wouldn't put a deposit down because they couldn't sell the truck, and the problem was on their end not mine. The next day, the salesman called me and told me someone came in, and put a deposit on the truck, but he would be happy to show me another truck.I told them I would not be doing business with them anymore. I kept an eye on their website, and whe vehicle is still showing as available. I had a friend reach out to them on 01-22-2024, and they said the truck was still available for purchase. I believe they are using this truck as a bait and switch to get customers in the dealership. I cannot think of any other explanation.

Purchased an $81,000 2021 F350 DRW 4x4 in Sept 2023 from salesman *********************** and general manager ********************* and was told multiple items serviced prior to purchase. After several hour drive home found many of the items stated to have been serviced appearing in need of repair/service. Attempted to contact dealer for repair and was belittled by the general manager for following up on items. Attempted to contact owner by phone to discuss interactions with general manager and issues with truck and was told all communication would need to go through general manager. Sent owners *** and ***** Vance a certified letter attempting to remediate issues with truck purchase prior to leaving review and had no response 3 weeks later. Took truck in for service to local **** dealer and confirmed several items stated as completed prior to purchase from Don Vance Ford needing serviced.

If I could do negative I would, they sold me a explore that could have killed me and my kids because the lower control arms and cv axels where completely shot and had to be replaced . Contacted ************* and they refused to reimburse me what I had to pay to make it safe to drive. This vehicle should have never left the shop or passed state inspection in the condition it was in. Don't buy from them and if you do make sure you have someone else's do a pre purchase inspection before you do. Wish I did and now I'm out $1,200 on safety repairs that should have been taken care by the dealership.

I went in to trade my truck, long story short they sold the truck from under me and then argued with me when I wanted to negotiate a deal. They originally offered me ****** for my truck, I accepted and placed a deposit down for a new one. The truck got to the dealership and they offered me ****** for my truck. I turned it down and they never gave me a refund.A full year later I went to have my girlfriend's car fixed, they wanted $1500 to replace the ** belt and one other part, I told them no and that I would pick it up a later day. I went to pick it up and the manager walked me to the service department where I could pay and receive the car. He then starts asking about my truck, notices that I never sold it and I told him that I had some work done to it and decided to keep it. He then brings up my review and then calls me a liar and how unfair it is that I left a bad reviewon the business. I told him that I just wanted to pick up the car and not argue. ******* "The Manager" told me to leave and pick it up on Monday. I would never do business with them again. They are the worst dealership in our town. They constantly take money from people and say they fix their cars but they never do. Most people that have their cars serviced there are out thousands of dollars and are without a car for months.I've attempted going to the owner, so far no response. I really wish they would just shut down.

It doesnt even deserve a one star rating. On June 21, 22 I took my 19 Mustang GT to this dealership (where I purchased my car w/ warranty) for a tune up, tire rotation (where they inspect wear on tires - keep in mind they said my tires passed inspection) and my grill shudder actuator was needing to be replace because my car was throwing a wrench code placing my car in limp mode. They had my car for a week and waited til last minute to change the spark plugs. When they called me to tell me my car was finished they informed me that they only had 7 plugs after they had my car for a week and knew what they need to do. I opted to change my plugs once they informed me they had other customers to take care of and they normally have the plugs on hand. Then they cleared the code. Then the code came back on 2 days later. The manager informed me that they couldnt get the code on and informed me that they cant see past codes. So I created a case with customer service. They told me that it was the **** Replaced that after having the car for one week. I picked my car up and only had it an hour until the wrench code appear. Then my car sat at the dealership for a week because they couldnt get the code back on. Replaced 3 sensors had it for another week. Code was back on after a couple days the manager said it was the *** and I would have to buy a second key to reprogram the *** (*** is covered by warranty). Ended up not needing a second key. Manager told me that they could see the stores codes (lied to me the first time). *had to call them to see if it was done * they do not let you know anything, literally it is a guessing game with service. Picked up my car, WAS INFORMED MY TIRES NEED REPLACE, had it for a week and magic, the code is on. They are now saying that it is part of the grill shudder which they replace the other part the first time I took my car. The manager is not helpful nor is the service adviser. I have not felt more mowed down or taken advantage of.

I just want everyone to be aware of this. We purchased a **** Focus from Don Vance Ford in ********** 2 days ago. We drove it to my daughter in the hospital as a gift for her newborn baby. The car within 2 days failed, so thinking of this place to have some type of integrity, I took it back to them. Being driven a 100 miles or less and I had paid $7500 for the car and Don Vance Ford offered me **** trade in for another car. I cannot accept this offer and I spoke to the General Manager and he refused to honor anything without an argument, and finally he decided to say I will fix the problem only. He said anything else is on me. They are completely untrustworthy and I would not recommend them to anybody, so if you're car shopping avoid Don Vance Ford in ********** ********.
