            At the end of November in 2022, this company took out the old front sidewalk at my home and replaced the concrete per contract. However, by April 2023, the front slab had cracked across the middle. I emailed the company April 26th asking why the concrete had cracked. There was no response. I sent a letter to the company dated May 26th. No response. I was disappointed there has been no response. I was originally upset the workmen cut down a bush, even though the estimator told me all I had to do to prepare the landscaping was to cut back the hostas. I with held $140 from the final payment because of this. Mr **** responded to my letter of January 2023 saying we would review this in June. He never called or emailed concerning this issue after I emailed and sent a letter about the cracks. The concrete work was supposed to correct the cracked concrete. Now I have new cracked concrete. I

            Very poor quality work. Driveway had some alligator cracks and we were told they would dig out the cracked areas and fill them with asphalt. Instead, they poured asphalt over it so now we have a huge area of bumpy, uneven and sloppy work on top of a normal, flat driveway. When we asked about how to fix the work, the owner agreed that it was not done well, but the only solution was to do more work making it look like multiple colors, and which we would have to pay to have done. We did not trust them after the terrible communication, poor quality, and limited follow-up.

            Our customer contracted with us to ************** her drive. She did not like the transition of the patch to the old drive. She was expecting a new drive which we gave her an option for. The drive looks good.
