    I originally took my 2018 GMC Terrain in for just freeon. The first time I went he hooked it to a machine and said he found nothing wrong to bring it back and he would put the freeon in. When I took it back the second time (May 31)he said he tried to put the freeon in and it would not take that my compressor went out and needed to replaced to schedule a time to bring it back, so I did. When I took it back and dropped it off I received a call from him the next day saying the parts were on back order but he was trying to get them in later that day, I said ok. Later that day I text him asking if the parts came in he said yes and to bring it (June 9). He put the compressor on that night and I picked it up the following morning. I noticed after picking my car up it was running loud, the air would cut on when the car was completely off and like a smoke or mist was blowing through the vents to the inside, I tried calling him he did not answer, and did not call me back. Days later my kids and I were coming back from ************** when the car started smoking and the air was no longer blowing cold. I called and asked that he met me at the park where I had pulled over at because I was scared to drive it (June 24). He came to the park checked it out, went straight to the compressor, and said he thought the clutch had gone out in the compressor and that I would need to put it back in his shop since it had a 2-year warranty repeatedly told me I would not have to pay a dime for anything. I was scheduled to drop it back off that following week. That week came I text him and asked if we were still on to drop it off that Friday as planned he said no he had personal issues it would be that following week. The following week came I called he told me to drop it off that Friday (July 14). Upon me dropping it off that Friday he informed me that it would be a couple of days before I could pick it up. I asked to make sure we were clear and said I don't have to pay for anything. He said correct it was covered under warranty. I then asked to make sure there would not be any labor fees and he said no there would not be. He said it would be a couple of days before I got it back he had one in front of me. Monday (July 17) I text him because I had not heard anything and asked when it would be done. He replied back Wednesday. That Tuesday morning (July 18) I received a call from him asking if I wanted him to clean my radiator screen because it was filthy before he proceeded to tell me I had to pay for this and that part. I said I thought I didn't have to pay for anything it was all under warranty. He then informed me they did a half job and all of the parts needed were not on the vehicle and I would have to pay for them and quoted me over the phone through a screen shot $******. He claimed he told me that they did not put all the parts on which I have proof through text that he did not. I finally was able to pick up my car on (July 21) when I got there the price had went from $0, to ****** to $790 and they would not give me my keys until I paid the $790. I was never provided written estimates of the parts prior to the work being done, the price kept changing, when I asked for copies of the warranties on the parts he said he could not provide them because they were between the place he bought them and his shop. He has violated everything under Title ***************************************************************************************************************************************** labor fees as well which was $595 the first time after telling me the parts were $675 and the labor would be the rest of the $980. He has several reviews under his ****** information saying he is a ***** that I did not notice until after the fact.
