*** ******, ****** ****************** *******.After dealing with these representatives for two months, it finally came down to there was no warranty and they would not do anything. They knew the ** had issues from the start and would not make it right. We spent $85,000 with this company and that was the kind of service we got they wouldnt do anything Cautionary, They will not honor their word or back their product. We purchased your 2018 tiffin allegro 36la on September 3 2024. Your salesman advised us that the unit had been checked out but they did have an issue with the generator. After a test drive the engine service light was on and we also noticed that the lights were not working in the rv unless the engine was running. Salesmen had these issues looked. They found the number 10 spark plus was cracked so they replaced it. They worked on the generator and said the fuel pump was bad and they would send us a replacement ASAP and the batteries were died so they replaced them. We made an appt at ********* to replace the fuel pump they are not able to install parts purchased outside due to warranty issues. After replacing the fuel pump and filter they discovered the carburetor was also clogged so order to one, took a week for them to get it. After installed they found it would shut off after 30 minutes. The mechanics discovered low volts and batteries being drained. They sent the rid over to the service side and found out the inverter was bad, ordered this and it took another week to get this in. We are now at a ******** for truck side and ******** for ********** side totaling $3,946.74. We had already talked to you about sending the fuel pump back in exchange you would reimburse us the difference. It has now went way above just being a fuel pump issue. ***** l. ***** My advice is do not do business with them. They will not honor anything or keep their word. This is placed in hopes someone will read it and not buy from this RV dealership.!Customer response

With the issue pertaining to ***** *****, we did offer to help out if he would bring it back in to us to help fix and resolve the issue. He did not want to make the drive to do so as he wanted another dealer closer to him to fix the *** We did offer to help with the problems if he could have brought the unit back to us. He did sign a paper as i will attach that says no dealer warranty and he did sign off on that as we did offer extended service plans that would have helped with the problems Mr. ***** was having. He took the unit to another dealer then just expected us to pay the bill. I tried multiple times to help Mr. ***** as he just did not want to work with us because he did not want to bring the unit back down to us. And as i stated above we do honor our stuff and he did sign off on a warranty disclaimer that states no dealer warranty.Customer response

They didnt offer us to bring it back until after most of the work had already been done at our last talk. They said they were going to send us $550 which we never received we had done our part and sent back the fuel pump which we paid for to have sent back and we never never received any compensation for that as well. We werent asking them to pay for everything but they couldve at least paid for all the parts. We understand we didnt take it back by time. They told us to bring it back. It had already been tore apart, and most of it had been fixed at this time. There is still more work that has to be done But after working at $5000, we are not able to do that at this time.Customer response

The gas door hinge spring broke and I went to them replace it for me. When I picked the car up, I didn**;t notice but there were a lot dents around the side of the car. There is a strong gas smell now when I fill my car up. It has never like this before but when they put the side of the car on they did something to it. I talked to the general manager and left my phone number with him over a year ago. I haven**;t heard anything from them. It**;s been 2 years since I dented the car and every time I fill up my car with gas the odor hurts my skin. It**;s a 2017 **** Fusion. I would like for them to repair the little dents on the side of my car.Business response

I contacted the customer and was able to get his car repaired at no cost to him and provided him a loaner car while his was repaired . we shook hands and he agreed to continue to do business with us in the future.Customer response

I took my RV there to get an assessment for repair. They go me in for repairs in a month. They made me pay up front 1k. The repairs were 900 but they did not give me the difference. They told me that I needed a faucet too. They charged me for work they did not do. I cannot take it back to them to fix the water problem in my RV. they charged me for four stabilizer jacks but I only needed three of them.Business response

We have made several attempts to contact the customer to schedule an appointment address her concerns. We sent a refund check on 5-29-24 in the amount of $158.12 check# *****. We replaced all 4 jacks because they come as a set of 4. We did replace the faucet and the customer was not charged for anything that was not done to the camper. I would be happy to schedule a follow up appointment with the customer to discuss her concerns, as I am not clear on what she thinks that she was charged for that was not done to her camper. We have tried contacting the customer several times and the phone call will not go through. The number we are calling is ************. Please call or email with any further concerns, as we like to make sure our customers are 100% satisfied.

I am rejecting this response because:
they did not replace the faucet and they were not supposed to replace my faucet. They were supposed to repair the leak under the sink. If they did replace the faucet, they could not have done it because I don't have water. I have evidence of this. They were supposed to repair the leak under the sink. If they did repair the leak under the sink, how could they have tested it because I have no water. The water is not coming from the tank to the RV. They always contacted me via text with *****. Where did they send the check because I have not gotten the check?

we replaced the faucet. we have also sent the check. I do not know why the customer has not received it but ive verified with at least 2 office staff of this. also we asked the customer to bring her rv back to us and we would gladly take care of any remaining water issues. after our last contact I made more than 1 attempt to contact the customer to find resolution to her complaints.Initial Complaint

They have had our camper for 2.5 months and still haven’t fixed it they only diagnosed it last week after I called Jayco to have them check on it they give you the run around and always blame it on someone else. The never return calls or offer any explanation as to why. We were told when dropped it off for repair on a Friday in July that it would be looked at Monday and it was never even looked at until last week. It’s a brand new camper we purchased with warranty from them in April 2022 They are still saying it will be another month before they can get it done. They refuse to tell you what is wrong and refuse to tell me if it’s covered by warranty or not. I would have never purchased from them if I knew the service was so terrible .Business response

In her complaint, she said we've had her camper for 2.5 months and haven't fixed anything. We had her appointment for August 1 and we have been waiting on a refrigerator that's on order. We went ahead and replaced the refrigerator with one we have here. The camper is fixed and we have called her to let her know she can pick it up.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference tocomplaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is not satisfactory to me. They have in fact had our camper for 2.5 months we dropped it off July 22nd to be looked at the upcoming Monday. That is in fact 2.5 months from the time they had it until the time they notified me of it being ready on September 30. We went down to pick it up today and we were in denial that it was ours because it has a dent on it that wasn’t there when we dropped it off. I spoke with **** who then stated he would Speak with ****. **** was on lunch so a young man named ***** took pictures of it and said he would speak with **** about it and call us back. We are waiting on a response for that.

We have reached out to the consumer directly to offer repair, we have also ordered the metal, but did not get a delivery date. I will reach out to the consumer again.
