  Services started September of 2021, paid a total of $1717 for services that were not rendered. This company guaranteed to improve my credit and work with financial companies on improving my credit score. What happened was the complete opposite, instead of improving my credit score, I went into default on my ******* *** account. Now, I am in a major bind. My landlord is kicking me out of my home, and I cannot get approved to find something else because of the deregulatory remarks on my credit because of this company. The business has not made one single attempt to resolve this matter and has refused to allow me to speak with management. account ********

  We have tried many times to get Ms.  ******* to call us to offer a full refund. This customer is not a customer with ** ****** and we ask that it goes under the company her contract is with which is CC Auditors not ****. **** only pulls the payments for CC Auditors customers.
  
  Here is all the proof of the work done for her per our agreement. She was sold by the sales person, then a compliance call done to make sure she understood what and how the program worked and her responsibilities in the program. Work on the Debt Validation can only be done once a consumer sends in a collection letter to be worked. The repair work as you have proof here was done and so what the DV work was done as it should have been along with all the other work.
  
   
  
  She was in a 36 month program and was only here for a few months. CC Auditors is willing to do a full refund once she signs a release that we are sending her today. She has refused to speak with us and if you would like we can send the emails to you from us trying to reach her.
  
  We will send the release request that we are sending to her today and cc you on this as we are trying. The only funds paid to CC Auditors is $1,585 no other fees were collected by our company.
  
   
  
  We have offered to get on a zoom with you also to show you the video that is required for all customers of CC Auditors to watch even before they sign up. So they have rights to stop the program after being talked with twice to make sure they know what they are signing up for and have to watch the video.

  Well not resolved, because I'm still having to fight with ******* *** to remove deregulatory remarks on my credit report. However does help with money wasted on services that were not rendered.
