    On 5/5/2022 I reached out to TCR Handyman Repair Services about getting an estimate for a leak that was coming from my basement window. We agreed upon $125.00 to fix the window by caulking the outside of the window. They came out towards the end of May and attempted to fix the window. When I checked I was disappointed with the workmanship. They left excess caulking on the siding. They didn't even use a rag to wipe the excess caulking off. Now I have dried up caulking on my siding which looks terrible. I made several attempts through calls, texts, and pictures to get the problem resolved. They never attempted to do anything but they did give many excuses. So after being ignored, on 7/20/22 I sent a text requesting a refund of $125.00. So, on 7/22/22 I received a call and they agree to refund me the $125.00. Now fast forward and it is almost a month and I have not received my refund. I am done with reaching out to this company and I want my money back so I can get the problem fixed.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    They have not refunded ****** that is why I reached out to BBB.org for help. They promised on 7/23/22 that they were going to refund the $****** in the form of a check as of today I have received nothing.
