    Purchased a light socket security camera from them approx.1 yr ago,recently decided to ****** body said anything about having to pay a subscription in order to use.Subscription was a scam through a company named{Yi lot}.We subscribed,reception was horrible,could never get anyone on phone.****** got us unsubscribed and our refund.Without being bias,this ***** unscrupulous and stealing our US dollars.I think they should be investigated and put not allowed to do business in the ***This report is for BBB,but if they would like to refund me for the camera Ill take it.Thank You

    ** IOT is a 3rd party app not owned by Dot Com Products, You do not need the cloud subscription. You can simply use a MicroSD card to save the footage.

    This company is attempting to charge my credit card an additional $14.95 for products I did not order or want. I am trying to stop them through my bank. I did do business with them in the past but this $14.95 is being charged without authorization as I've already received my order.

    On May 3, 2024 I ordered 3 3x Light Bulb Cameras priced at $116.55, my bank account was debited the funs on May 5, 2024. The company committed to a hassle free refund if the product was sent back and received in less than 30 days. The Cameras was sent back on May 10, 2024 at 2:14 pm through *** Store #****. I called dotcom and provided them with the tracking number (1Z0YF3640340843815) as they requested. I have been constantly calling the company to get my refund but they are refusing to hold up their end of the deal by coming up with different reasons as to why they can't send my refund. I even got my bank involved and they won't respond to my bank at all. I have spoken to multiple representatives and supervisors and I am constantly getting the round around. I called today (9/16/2024) and got hung up on 4 times by the same representative that kept giving me a different name each time I called back. This company is not trying to resolve this issue at all. They have their product back and i just want my money.

    I never received the product after the money was taken. No reply back after telling them I was reporting this to the *** which I did.

    No I am not expecting a refund. The said company had eventually shipped the purchased item to which I just received thru the postal service. If possible at this time I would appreciate it very much if my complaint and case could be closed as I filed the complaint with you when I did not receive the item at that time as promised and there was also no response from the company. That has changed as I did receive the item and I will no longer be purchasing products from them in the future. Thank you very much for your time and patience in this matter.

    I was being billed through ****** without my permission. I canceled the autopay through ******, but I do not remember the amount I was charged. I have been billed for about 6 months.

    I finally received a full refund. I never was attempted to connect to their service.
    I was automatically billed for a service I did not agree too. It was never communicated there was a monthly service fee to make the camera work.

    Date of transaction is 8/29/2024. We ordered and received 3 light bulb security cameras for $129.64. None of the cameras would light up or power up or do anything at all. All three were completely dead. We felt this was highly improbable and we were suspicious. Since we were completely disappointed with the product. We contacted the company for a refund. They told us we would have to pay for shipping but were quick to offer a 25% refund without having to send anything back. We feel that this is a scam and that they would likely claim that they never received them back. They then offered us a 40% refund and we accepted that offer though we truly don't expect to see that money. We believe this is scam and we have been ripped off. We would like a full refund but most importantly we would like to warn others and to stop this fraudulent company.

    Order the security light ********* card Total was ***** Upon check out the shipping was supposed to be free Immediately received 5 calls from unknown number.Received confirmation email about order. Thats when I noticed the amount paid was off so I check my bank account and they had pulled $***** out twice already. So I emailed them saying to refund and cancel order. They emailed back almost instantly saying theyve been trying to call. They called again, I answered and he kept asking for my card number and billing address so I asked him just to cancel. Said he couldnt and that it wasnt possible unless he transferred me to management. And then he hung up on me. Ive emailed back a few times and have gotten no response. Until just now and it was a generic email asking to rate the company?

    I contacted this business several times once I got out of the * in **** I noticed a charge on my credit card for ****** for something that I never ordered.I do not know how they got my credit card information. I keep trying to call someone in the ** and they keep telling me that they are in the **. They have very heavy accents and are hard to understand and you can tell they are not from the **. They will not work with me and help to understand how they got my credit card information. They keep insisting that I placed several orders for light bulb cameras that they sell. I never ordered anything from this company. I want my money back since I never ordered the *33323936313433373335*. This company is scamming people and getting away with it. This is not a business that I would ever do business with from the way that I have been treated when trying to track and understand how they got my credit card information. This business needs to be investigated if they are even in the **. They do not care that I did not place an order with this company. Their are a lot of scams going on today and I believe that they are involved with a scam. The date that they said I placed the order cant be because I was in the hospital because I was septic and in the hospital for two and a half months from March to **** I asked to speak to a manager in the ** who deals with fraud and they said that they are in the ** and would not give me someone that deals with fraud. I called my credit card company and asked them what was the name of the company and I was told DotCom Prod. That is how it is spelled on my credit card statement. They had no phone number listed for me to call them. I googled the company and the company came up under the *363137393238313831* I called them and they asked me for my name and I gave it to them. Then they wanted my address and I was scared to give it to them. *owever, the young lady told me the address and it was my address but I did not tell them if it was correct. I got no resolution
