      I signed up with this factoring company at the end of October 2023, they made all types of promises and haven't delivered. I waited over a week for to contracts that needed to be factored. The person I was in contact with either would go dead silent or barely respond. I have over $1800 that was supposed to be factored **** day or next day. I sent a notice of termination and have all the messages where, **** said that I could terminate at anytime if I hadn't factored any money and no buy out was needed! The communication is terrible, when I called the main number, they said they didn't even have my information. I'd like for them to release my ucc in the state of Ohio as promised!

      Engage finance refused to terminate my *** and I did not gave them the documents and they already set up account I have several emails asking them please to terminate my *** I am getting a push back . Then they decided to gave me a email [email protected] I emailed that address and still got no reply as of yet I need a release form stating that my *** is terminated

      THEY FORGED MY SIGNATURE ON 8/22/2022 AND THEN FILED A *** FILIING UNDER MY BUSINESS AND MYSELF. THIS WAS JUST FOUND OUT A YEAR LATER AFTER GOING AFTER A LEGIT FACTORING COMPANY. IT WAS REVEALED THAT A COMPANY ENGAGED FINANCE OF MO DID A BLIND FILING. WE HAD TO SEEK OUT VIA A THIRD PARTY WHO DID THIS ONLY TO REVEAL THE FRAUD. NOW THEY ARE DEMANDING A TERMINATION FEE. I HAVE CONTACTED THE FBI/ FTC/ MO ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE. THIS TYPE OF FRAUD HAS TO CEASE

      The statement about the *** being active is false and it was terminated on 9/18.  If false acquisitions continue to be made, Engaged Financial will be forced to protect it's reputation.   Our company has close to 600 google reviews and a 4.4 rating overall.  Thanks

      The Engaged Financial team are some criminals. They are holding my utc and trying to force to sign a contract with them since November of 2022. Ivo with Engaged Financial claim I signed a factoring contract with them, but I didn't. I still get emails asking me to send them my identity and bank info to complete my paperwork or the contract, even after asking them to stop harassing me. If I did sign a contract, wouldn't they already have my ID, social and everything? All they have is my dot and mc number which can be obtained by anyone on online on the fmcsa site. They also forged an online contract with my basic business info again which can be obtainedon the fmcsa website. I call, they argue with me and laugh, I keep telling them to stop emailing me, but different people from Engaged Financial keep sending emails asking for my identity. I have not been able to run my business because of that. I mainly want my utc released, but I will also be seeking legal advice for lost of compensation because i have not been able to run my business to support my family since 2022, and today is 07/11/2023.

      Signed up with this factoring service the process explain to be simple and easy for a percentage. I would receive my money from brokers at the time I got the account or open up the account. I was seeking payment from a broker for a future work that I didn’t wanna wait for and I named the broker so they had the information. Once I submitted my invoices they told me the broker had an F, and so therefore I would not be able to get payment. this was the only reason I set this account app now I am not receiving payments in the 24 hours and paying the percent for that next day payment weekend, holiday, wrong submission. It’s been difficult to properly submit what I need and then get paid. The communication went from speaking with one person to speaking to three different people. After the initial account set up, which I was unaware that was going to happen sales is different from processing they have a portal which lists my payments, which I was not aware of until I had begun you know other submissions to get paid before I received any money whatsoever. I requested a letter of release on three separate emails and still have not been contacted to receive this letter. I’m going to request again attached is the email I sent today. On other sites they advertised as triumph pay . I did not realize this is the same as engaged Financial I want to discontinuing using the ***** ******* service. It’s been more of a hassle than a helpful tool to get paid.

      Engaged finance 10812 NW Highway 45 Parkville MO 64152 has fill a ucc on my trucking company flash transport llc I have never done business with them or provided the legal documents to do business with them an they refuse to deactivate the ucc for my company this is keeping me from doing business with the other vendors I work with I need this ucc removed

      I am rejecting this response because: I have ask you several times to drop the contract as it’s forged pdf signatures that have wrong info regarding my company there is no ein/tax# I’m not interested in your services an will not be forced to do business with I owe you ppl nothing an will not pay your termination fee of said $2300 we will just go to court I’m done with dealing with the bs scam this company try’s to get over on ppl the ucc-3 form has been filed

      I signed up with this company yesterday for factoring but yesterday afternoon decided to go with another company instead and sent an email letting **** ***** know that I would not be moving forward with them. Today I get an email from the factoring company I am trying to get set up with saying they already filed an UCC and when I reached out to **** to get this removed or a letter of release he told me he could give me the same rate or I could email and try to cancel but he couldn't guarantee that I could. This is slimy slimy business practice as I never even sent them any loads to factor.

      My private information was accessed on 5/15/23. During this time my daughter was in the hospital and no one authorize this transaction. I have contacted company by phone and email and the company fails to send a letter of release.

      On April 19 2023 an associate of engage financial forged my signature on their contract to obtain a UCC-1 to send out the NOA without request to try and force carriers to work with them. On April 19 I didn’t even have operating authority which wasn’t granted until may 9, 2023. Engage financial doesn’t practice in trustworthy business practices and are to be avoided at all cost. They have stole my business identity and signing up with companies with my operating authority. It’s time engage financial fraudulent activities catch up with them. They refuse to produce a signed contract. They forged my name on their NOA and emailed it to me like I signed it. Send me a confirmation email of the contract not a fake pdf with no time stamp or it’s litigation time.

My lawyer has reached out asking for a signed contract or we’ll see you in court because engage financial is not above the law and from the claims on here I’m not the only victim.
