I signed a contract with this company, and as of today I have not been able to factorize with them. it is impossible to have a full communication with the, the emails are pre programing emails. When I asked the account manager if we were ready to start working he said yes, after we had our first load we were not able to factor because at that moment he realized that we had a UUC with SBA. Now, they want me to subordinate SBA and add they on first for 30K. I don't request a line of credit with them. Now we have bills to pay and no way to get paid. I just need the release of my contract. They cannot force me to stay with them especially if I haven't started doing business with them. I have emailed them more than 20 times and they don't want to take action. We are owners operators trying to do business in a really rough industry, we need BBB to be here and look after us!! They probably taking advantage of our English Language Limitations to do all this.Business response

The carrier has an SBA Loan and it takes time to work through the process with the SBA. The application needs to be filled out by the owner and submitted to the SBA for review. We are here to assist with the process and have been in communication with the carrier and SBA to have the application approved.
