*************************** was really hard to work with. We had signed a contract with one of his houses that he was building. In our contract we had agreed to give ******* money once we received and looked over all documents including the **** In our contract it stated he had four days to get us the *** to us. A week and half go by and he still had not gotten it to us. We met up with him about two weeks later to do details on the house at the end of meeting we talked about the *** and how he would get it to us the next week and once we get it and look over it we can pay the ******* money. Another week and half went by and still no **** Though despite not giving us the *** he still wanted the ******* money. At that point my husband and I want to pull out of the contract due to ***** breaching the contract. ***** called a meeting with us over a phone call. This man acted like we didnt know how businesses work and didnt know how the world worked. He also said we were a special group of people since not many cared about the **** We will never buy from ***** due to the way he treated us.
