      I had a tooth pulled 2 weeks ago with suspected infection. I was not prescribed antibiotics. Today I woke up with an abscess. I called the call line and was told a nurse would call back in 30 minutes with further instructions. After an hour I had still not received a call so I had to seek care else where. I ended up having to have an incision and drainage, 10 days worth of antibiotics and was close to being septic. I finally received a call from four rivers at ****pm. My call this morning was at 727. They waited 15 hours to call back about an urgent complication following a procedure they did. When I voiced this concern to the nurse she stayed that if it was an emergency I should have called ************************************************************************************************************* on the next steps and that it would be a 3p minute response time. As ot was not an emergency yet I felt comfortable waiting to speak with a nurse. If I had waited 15 hours to speak with the nurse it is likely that it would have turned into an emergency and that I could have ended up septic, which can be fatal.
