I had a scheduled appointment to have some teeth (2) removed, I filled out the paperwork and proceeded to have my vitals taken. The doctor told me my blood pressure was high and that he may have to stop the procedure if it got higher. I walk to the front desk and went over the itemized statement and questioned some costs and they told me that if I didn’t agree with it?!? That I didn’t have to use there services! So I promptly left the building! Now I’ve received a bill for less than 5 minutes of service in the amount of $78! I’ve tried calling them and have gotten nothing but rude, mean and disrespectful answers! I totally understand that folks should get paid for services rendered, but I spoke with a doctor and receptionist for less than 5 minutes and they’ve sent me a bill for $78?!? If you agree with their costs? I will certainly pay them, but I’m not sure that this is fair to me or anyone else who has dealt with them?!? Please advise me at your earliest convenience!

The address you have is correct for the office that I had my appointment at, the address I provided is the address to the billing office. I can certainly provide you with the billing statement that was sent to me but the only address on there is the one I provided in my original complaint!

Thank you in advance for your cooperation and concern!

I have 48 locations in 12 states.  He's saying that he did not have an office visit.  He said that he was there less than 5 minutes and was charged for an office visit.  We did a past surgical history, social family history, exam, height, weight, vitals, Covid risks, etc.  We did an oral exam on 2, 14 and 15 and xrays.  We spent more than 5 minutes with him.  During final consultation, he told the office staff that he did not want to be treated after he was examined.  He has paid his bill.  There was an actual exam.
