  This is to warn other potential clients of the poor business practices of SHY CONSTRUCTION LLC.at the end of February, 2024, ************** and I agreed upon a tear-down and rebuild of a brick chimney for $6300 plus materials. I paid one-third down ($2100) plus $500 for the first load of bricks. Things progressed VERY slowly from there. All I have to show from a month's time is a small pile of bricks from a partial deconstruction.************** NEVER answered his phone and SELDOM responded to text messages. He promised to show up many times, but did not keep his word. WHen I could catch him, he had numerous excuses for his lack of work on my project. His truck broke, etc. It seems that his company has no employees, either.He told me that his company had insurance, but when I asked for proof, he made excuse after excuse. I do not believe that his company has insurance. After being lied to and strung along for weeks, I fired **************. THis is a warning to potential clients of the type of workmanship provided by **************.

   I will stick to the facts 

   Which includes. 

  The chimney is completely taken down. Different  from what ****** told you in the message he wrote to you.

  The scaffolding is completely built 3 sections  with out cutting corners and safety precautions taken in accordance to my osha training.  

  The. Brick are paid for and supplied. 

  ****** did not " fire me " until I requested the second payment that is agreed upon in the contract that is signed with his signature making it a legal binding contract. I have kept my end of the agreement as written in the contract mentioned.

  He also told someone that is related to the police department that he paid me in full for the entirety of the Job. That was a full forward lie.

  He belittles me when I'm there with very bad language and very cruel things I shall not repeat at this point.

  I have documentation and proof of everything I have mentioned except for his language and belittlement I was not expecting from him. I did not think I would need to deal with that or provide proof of his belittlement or full on disrespect of me. I was there to complete a project under the terms agreed upon.

   Further more ****** and his daughter have told me I'm not to step foot on his property to pick up my equipment and tools which easily exceed an mount over 4000.00. 

   ****** expressed to me that he has owned several companies yet acts as though the time I put in at his request ( on the project in discussion) is to not be compensated for.
