My mother (*****************) and I purchased a car insurance plan after the warranty on our new car expired. The effective date on the contract is January 30th 2019. We paid $3,441 and did monthly payments of $180. The contract was for ******* miles on the car or until the year ****. The contract covers any type of breakdowns on the car, electrical failures, and etc. We also had roadside assistance as well. The car is currently at ****** miles and I have some issues with the car I was trying to contact the company to see if these issues would be covered. We have not been able to get hold of the company for months you will get put on hold, automatic voice will tell you that you will get called back but never do, phone rings and hangs up, I have not been able to talk to anyone live for many months. The last time I talked to someone was when we purchased the contract. I have had no contact from driver's protection since then. No mail, no email, no human contact. I believe this money has been stolen from ** or the company has shut down with no warning to the consumers. I would like a full refund for the money paid, since I am still under contract and not receiving this service. I upload the contract from driver's protection and screenshots of the email.

I purchased a vehicle in May of 2019, and purchased an extended warranty through the dealership. A couple of weeks later I received a letter in the mail stating it was urgent to call regarding my extended warranty. Long story short I was told they (Drivers protection) could get me the same coverage for less so I canceled my original extended warranty I purchased through the dealership and bought or so I thought the same coverage with this company (Drivers Protection). I entered a monthly payment plan with them, paying $183.67 for 18 months starting 7/24/2019. I finished paying that off in January of 2021 totaling $3481. Fast forward to September 2022, I was involved in a car accident and my car was deemed a total loss. I am now reaching out to Drivers Protection to cancel my policy and cannot get a hold of anyone. I have called for a couple of days with extremely long wait times and promised call backs with no avail. I since then have googled this company and am now finding many others in the same boat as me. Clearly this company is a scam.

I purchased an extended warranty through this company in March 2020 and Ive been paying $168 a month for the past two years. I was informed that my driver protection warranty payment program would be satisfied in March 2022. So after March Ive waited a few weeks for them to send me a satisfaction of completion letter or something confirming That I am paid in full with my warranty program. I never got anything in the mail so I decided to call to speak to someone regarding that issue. I have called at least once a day since the middle of April and was on hold an hour each time waiting for someone to pick up just for their phone system to hang up on me. I will then call back and wait another ************************************************************* back from their company and would ever get a call back. This has became a daily routine for me and I am still at square one. I want my money back and I do not know how to go about getting this done. Can someone please help? Can anyone advise? I could barely afford the program in the first place and I struggled to make sure that I had the money in my account when the payment was due and did all that just for me to have to go through this. Please help! The number I have been darling its ************
