1 star*** PDO NOT USED. After two years of paying twice the monthly payment, my balance on the account was just $900 less than the original balance, which was 3695. I sent the company a total of $2600 and still had a balance of $2547 after two years. I REPEAT, DO NOT use any finance products coming from FTL Finance. You CANNOT pay off your lease early. Once you sign that contract you are locked in for X amount of months! I've well overpaid on my account and they won't give me the extra money back and still expect me to pay more money if I want to "payoff" my balance. If I could leave half a star I would.

1 starDO NOT USE!!! BEWARE!!! I needed a new heat pump. I used this company to pay for it. I took out a HELOC and paid this bill off within 2 weeks. I have proof. My bank litterly wrote the check ftom my heloc. I didn't hear a thing from this FTL Finance after paid in full untill THREE YESRS LATER. They are now harassing me and my family that I owe them over $300. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!! I will fight this company and warn everyone I can to avoid!!Review fromFernando G.

Bad company, I've been making the minimum payment for year on a $3,300 loan but it's only been brought down to $3,100.I submitted a payment to pay off the loan, but the balance still says I owe $3150, and it's been 5 days sinceFTL Finance

The account was opened on 4/11/2022 with an Amount Financed of $3,300.00. From the begin date of your loan until your payoff date of 2/22/2023, the account earned $443.53 in Interest Charges. There is also an Administrative Fee of $99.00. The total of those amounts is $3,940.19. The total you paid was $3,841.19. The difference of $1.34 was waived from your balance and your account was closed on 2/27/2023, effective 2/22/2023. A paid in full letter was mailed to you that same day.We hope this helps.
