You CANNOT pay off your lease early. Once you sign that contract you are locked in for X amount of months! I've well overpaid on my account and they won't give me the extra money back and still expect me to pay more money if I want to "payoff" my balance. If I could leave half a star I would.

DO NOT USE!!! BEWARE!!! I needed a new heat pump. I used this company to pay for it. I took out a HELOC and paid this bill off within 2 weeks. I have proof. My bank litterly wrote the check ftom my heloc. I didn't hear a thing from this FTL Finance after paid in full untill THREE YESRS LATER. They are now harassing me and my family that I owe them over $300. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!! I will fight this company and warn everyone I can to avoid!!Review from Fernando G.

Bad company, I've been making the minimum payment for year on a $3,300 loan but it's only been brought down to $3,100.I submitted a payment to pay off the loan, but the balance still says I owe $3150, and it's been 5 days sinceFTL Finance Response

The account was opened on 4/11/2022 with an Amount Financed of $3,300.00. From the begin date of your loan until your payoff date of 2/22/2023, the account earned $443.53 in Interest Charges. There is also an Administrative Fee of $99.00. The total of those amounts is $3,940.19. The total you paid was $3,841.19. The difference of $1.34 was waived from your balance and your account was closed on 2/27/2023, effective 2/22/2023. A paid in full letter was mailed to you that same day.We hope this helps. This is a horrible company. They report you late even when you are not. I can't wait to pay this off. They charged me 13000 for a new furnance and I have paid it down to 3000.00. If I had five (5) years and only been in my house three years; how could I have been late 10×. Just a horrible over priced company. I also paid 2000 down. The company worked perfectly when was needed but their site does not display up to date balances. It will always display no balances and then they be aggressive about collecting. Be advised I just found out on closing that they had placed a lien on my house from the time contract was signed even though we were paying. My fault for not reading the fine print but not the way to do business.
