    Ordered a handbag and earrings in August of 2022. Several emails ( all saved) with excuse after excuse from an employee theft to I will overnight package to then no response to any email , text or message . Im out $315.00

    Purchased a purse bundle in August 2022 from this business. Had excuse upon excuse on why I hadnt received items. Then was advised that refunds would be given. The seller kept saying refund on way then her Instagram and ******** accounts are no longer available. I spent almost $300 with this business and no product or refund given. Its been almost a full year.

    I bought items through June on December 1, 2022. For $398.06, she kept telling me products were delayed. I reached out every few weeks and it was always another excuse. Finally, I asked her to give me a refund. She said I would see it in ***** days, weeks later I still never heard back from her. I then messaged again said I need the refund and she either blocked me or deleted her account. I never received the products, refund, or any way of contacting her.

    I have placed 2 orders with this business since early March, with neither order received as of today (April 24), no reply for the business owner, messaged her on PayPal, filed disputes on PayPal, and now her Instagram handle is deleted/gone so I am no longer able to send messages there. I am awaiting a wallet and bag that I paid for both in full.

    I made two purchases back in November and December of 2022. I contacted the seller in February 2023 asking on the status of my ****************** I received a response back saying that the items had to be reordered and that I would receive a free item with my delivery. I contacted the seller back in March asking on the status of the deliveries again or if I could get a refund on my orders with no response back. I received no response back after several attempts and then I receive a response back a couple weeks ago saying that they would look into it and then received no correspondence after that.

    I purchased some bags back in october. Paid in full and have never received my order. I have messaged her countless times asking when they will arrive as to which she puts me off and has lied everytime. I have been very nice and patient and have asked for a refund many times but yet again nothing. We are going on 5 months of her having my money and me getting nothing in return. Im very disappointed and angry. Any help would be appreciated. The price of my bags add up to almost $800.00. Please help me get my product or my money back.

    On 11/25/2022 my wife (***********************) purchased items from this store online. She has purchased items previously with no problems. She paid $336.03 for several items and to this date they have not arrived. When we reach out to the store, the owner (*****************************) has told us for months the items have shipped. Each time we have asked for tracking information to no avail. She has basically stolen $336 from us and her last message makes me think she will never be sending the items and told me to "Do what you seem fit" when I told her I would contact the local police for assistance. At this point, I would just like the money refunded. My wife can supply any receipts from her phone. Items are "Inspired Tote" for $275 and two (2) "Inspired Wallet Keychains" listed at $75 each. I assume there was a sale or a discount.

    I ordered a product from June ***** Style Studio on 1/11/2023. I paid for the product on 1/11/2023. I messaged her almost weekly asking for a tracking number and most of the time she did not respond. If she did respond she said This order will ship out first thing Monday!! Im sorry for your delay or Hello, Im sorry for the delay in response as I have been in the hospital and Im trying to play catch up. This was already shipped!!! Im going to do some research and get back to you this afternoon. I apologize again for the delay. After asking for an update for a couple weeks I asked for a refund on 2/15/2023. She said she would send the refund. I have been trying to get my refund since 2/15/2023 since she did not send me my product. I paid her $185.00 for this product. I want my refund of $185.00. I have come to find out I am not the only person she has scammed.

    I placed an online order with June Elise Style Studio on December 20th, purchasing an item for $260. I have not been given any shipping or tracking information. Every time I reach out, I am told that it is en route and I should have it next week. I have screenshots of my conversations and lack of communication, with time stamps on the interactions.

    I purchased and 2 items over $150 from June Elise Style Studio on 11/28 was told I would have the items prior to Christmas as it was a gift. I reached out on 11/22 and was told there was a delay and I reached out many times since again on 1/19/23 I was told I would have these within the next 2 weeks. I reached out on 7 more times since I have still not received. On 2/20/23 I asked for a refund no response for days then was told its up to the company policy is "all sales are final sale returns/exchanges are subject to approval". I understand this is the case but this is excessive the amount of time I have been waiting. I either want the product asap or a full refund. There website is now down also. the owner of company is ***********************************
