I've never worked with a company that spends as much time and money ensuring their products and service are as close to perfect as they can achieve. It matters to them and that is clear to any reasonable customer!

Great customer service! Contacted them about a pump I purchased almost 2 years ago and they stood behind it and sent me a replacement. I wasn't even sure if it was under warranty or not, never even brought it up. Great people to deal with

I just ordered my third pump from this company. The first pump failed after years of 24/7 uninterrupted service. Nothing is made to last forever. The second pump failed after two years. However, the reason was not due to the pump itself, but to a flexible pipe that blew off, leaving the pump to continue running without any flow of water, which resulted in the motor burning up. The third pump is on the way. I'm astonished by how fast I've been able to get replacement pumps and by the overall service of this company. Thank you, Half Off Ponds!

Ordered a $1200 pond kit from them last year 2023. The pond has leaked from day one since filling up. I purchased there underlayment and even filled the base with sand to prevent punctures to the liner. The pond drains completely indicating a leak from the bottom. I have filled and let it drain multiple times in attempts to find the leak. Using food coloring and milk as methods to try to find the leak with zero luck. They accidentally sent me two pond kits and i truthfully told them and sent one back. Did i receive a damaged or returned liner? I have been waiting days for **** the manager call me back with no luck. Was told he couldnt call me because he was headed to the gym. Not the kind of professionalism i was hoping for after spending this kind of money on their kit. I was told ***** was the owner and left multiple messages for him to call me back also with no luck. **** told me 1 out ***** liners get warrantied as its typical never a defect as cause of the leak. After reading reviews on BBB im not the only one that was sold a faulty liner. Maybe a complaint on here will actually prompt them to address my concern.

No products are sent out used.  If a liner has been leaking since day one then the material was damaged in transit, or by the installation.  This material is patchable with permanent patches.  If the damage is located at the bottom then the search area should be easy to find. The other answer is it is leaking from the waterfall, skimmer, plumbing, or the water is getting underneath the liner from the sides of the feature.  We have spoke with this customer a dozen times and there is no pending voicemail to speak with the Manager.  This is a manufacturing warranty, covering defects in the liner.  It does not cover holes caused by wildlife, or the installer.  Those holes are patchable with permanent patches which will last for decades.  Customer is currently on the phone with one of our representatives, so the claim we are dodging calls, or not returning non-existent voicemails is factually untrue.

We can also recommend hiring a contractor to come find the damage.  Again, if the hole is not located in the small search area. Then you can find it in your other components.  Checking the faceplate skimmer attachment is common culprit too.

There pond vacuum is worse than useless get even a couple of small leaves sucked up & it blocks the hose, more time cleaning out hose than trying to vacuum pond.
