            I bought Stetson hats. The first hat a Corral 4X Buffalo had a small defect on the side of the crown of the hat. I had to return the hat they charged me shipping fees and protection fee cost I have been trying to get my money back 20.00. I previously ordered a Stetson Stageline then cancelled the order Stetson and there partner Company sent me the Stageline hat regardless of cancelation of the order the Stageline hat was defective with scuffs marks on the hat. I had to make extra trips to the UPS Stores spending gas money and causing me delays in going to work and being several minutes late for work. I ordered a Stetson Seneca 4X Buffalo hat Stetson and there partner Company sent me another defective hat causing my family and I spending more time on the road and extra fuel cost. The 162.00. Listed would be the last purchase amount. Stetson and there partner Company owes me more 45.00 more

            I ordered a shirt that was defective. I returned the shirt to them. They received it on 1/16/23. They still have not refunded me - said it might take up to 3 weeks even though they admit to having received the shirt. I'm not on their refund list yet, so no refund. I just have to wait. Today is 1/30/23.
