    On 3/4/21 I purchased a recliner chair from Weekends Only and a 5yr warranty. I need to have my chair repaired or replaced and I can't find the customer service number online since they are out of business.

    I bought a couch from Weekends Only on 5/7/2022. I purchased an extended warranty not know that the store would be closing. The cloth on the couch needs to be replaced due to heat damage. There is no way for me to reach them and ** lost on what to do. No way for me to contact anyone about this issue. I spent a lot of money on my warranty and its really upsetting that Im not about to use it.

    I bought my couch and paid a lot extra for the extended warranty and repair package, not knowing they were going out of business. I paid over **** dollars and the four stool handle control broke. Im trying to call, I found they were out of business and no help at all. I bought this in late 2021 ********************* LOcation

    10/30/22 I purchased a sofa, chaise, armrest, and ottoman before they closed. My original purchase was covered by a one year manufacturer warranty. My couch sqeeks, wobbles when sat on, and the cushion covers tore to threads after one wash. There is no way to resolve this with weekends only as they are only offering refunds for people who purchased the extended warranty, and have no contact information as they are now permanent closed.

    Over the years I have been one big supporter of Weekends Only . Recently Ive had issues with my $1,000 mattress that i purchased from them . I have been calling out to all of their warranty companies and none will admit to doing business with them after a certain year . I had a 10 year warranty on my mattress and have reached no where near 10 years . I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the way the company and warranty companies are handling me.

    I purchased my couch 4 years ago and it needs to be repaired or repaired. As the company states when bought that you have 5 years to use your warranty. No one I guess can still get this because the company has went out of business? I cant reach anyone to help me do I just not get to use my warranty since the company is no longer around? Is that in our agreement when I purchased said couch? I really would like someone to contact me so I can get some answers. Its very disheartening when you cant get any answers on something you purchased through this company.

    Bought a sectional from them and purchased the warranty. I was told I could have my cushions replaced through my warranty. The cushions are becoming flat and sink in to the point you can feel the springs, plus theyre pretty stained from kids and a pup. I made a claim and they requested photos. Ive submitted photos 3 times now (one being a few minutes ago to get a screenshot) and my status claim still says they never received the photos I either want my cushions replaced or my money back from the warranty. Ive reached out via email and still have heard nothing..

    We purchased a living room set July 31, 2022 along with a warranty for 5 years in January 2023, we filed a claim because we had a spring coming out of the bottom, to be told the whole right side of our couch was broken and non-fixable. So he sent in for a replacement through the manufacturer since it's still under 1 yr warranty with them. We finally got a call back mid April saying our furniture was ready for PICKUP in another state!!! Not only were they not delivering, but it's in a whole different state!!! We have been back and forth with ***************** and Weekends Only to no avail, we are still paying the credit card off through Weekends Only for furniture we can no longer use. They refuse to let ** speak with a corporate person and refuse to refund ANYTHING or help with getting ** a replacement which at this point I don't even want. I want a refund because they are not providing ANY customer service whatsoever.

    I purchased a chair on 10/16/2022. I bought the chair home and used it. The food rest engagement is bent, the right side is at a 30 degree angle. I went to weekends only furniture in Springfield and I spoke to the store manager and they informed me that they could not help me due to the business going out of business. The chair brand name is Ashley ********************* but I purchased the chair from Weekends only store. I contacted ****** furniture and they informed me that they could not assist me due to me not purchasing the chair from them. I would like a refund in the amount of $462.00.

    I purchased a couch through Weekends Only about 2 years ago. I also purchased a 5year extended warranty through them where if I files zero claims in 5 years I'd receive half the cost of the warranty back. With them not being in business for the next three years, I've tried contacting them to try to get my money back and they will not contact me back at all.

    We appreciate our customer bringing their concern to light. Upon reviewing our customer’s account, we found their initial purchase of their order was on 1/10/2021. The customer took possession of their items on 2/21/2021, which is the date their furniture protection plan via ******** takes effect. Weekends Only offered a ‘50% Buy Back Guarantee’ with the purchase of the warranty plan which states “If you do not experience a claim during the full life of your plan, you are eligible for store credit equal to 50% of the purchase price of your plan. This guarantee is provided by Weekends Only.”
    In our customer’s case, the life of their plan is 5 years. As their plan is still active with ******** until 2/21/2026, our customer is not eligible to receive the credit. Our customer may still contact ******** to file a claim at any time within the life of their plan.
