      Purchased a couch with the warranty, have been trying to get it cleaned and cushions replaced. There is no one to call. The local store is closed and the customer service line has the wrong number listed. The couch is less than 1 yr old and ALL of the seats are flat. I guess this is why the business is now closed. This was almost a $3,000 purchase with a warranty.

      Purchased a couch and loveseat from weekends only in November 2022, December I called and was told I wouldnt be getting the ideas I purchased more then likely so I could have a refund I really wanted the furniture but unfortunately had to go with the refund. My refund was approved on 12/18/22. After calling several times (they would never contact me regaurding not having my couch or nothing) I was told my refund would be sent in 10 days, then 14, then was delayed due to the holidays, then it was the owners only go once a month to the bank for refunds so you will be januarys batch here it is February and once again Ill be on the next batch not only am I being scammed out of the furniture I purchased, also feels like my money at this point.

      I bought a couch in late October for my new apartment. I wasn't due to move in until December 9th but the store said they would hold the couch for me. I planned to pick the couch up the 10th of December (Saturday) I called the Monday prior to confirm the appropriate location and was told by the representative that the couch was there and ready to be picked up Saturday. I called again Saturday 2 hours before going to pick up my couch and received the same response, "your couch is here for pick-up, see you soon." Only when I arrived, I learned that they store double sold my couch. I was very annoyed and confused so customer service told me that they explained to situation to the store manager and to see him regarding the issue... except, the manager had conveniently left the store before I could talk to him, KNOWING about the issue and that I was wanting to see him. This place is trash... no wonder they're liquidating. I will be calling everyday until I see my refund returned to my bank account. This place will make a ***** out of you.

      Worst customer service! Purchased a couch on Black Friday and never received the couch. Almost a year later and many phone calls and they advise me 5 months later it was picked up in June. Wont show me who picked it up supposedly and couldnt have because was never even notified couch was in. If someone did take it they could not have had my ID so I dont believe couch was even picked up. Told me I have to file a police report. Which I am but dont believe that story because never heard the couch was picked up before today. Seriously a scam store that never even had the furniture they sold.

      The insurance for product is thier but no one will contact you for recovery for your money spent on product listed as spam call on phone .They will not attempt to contact you fir service .

      We purchased a sofa and recliner - Fall 2021, Delivery problems happened. Then, within a month, pieces of composite wood (glued together pieces) started falling off on the floor under the recliner. A sag to the left opened a gap when reclining. We told service this was unacceptable and a refund was in order. They refused. Then one side of the couch started sagging. It is now September 2022 and we cannot get through on the phone nor will they return our calls as the recording says. We have left dozens of messages. We filed a complaint in writing and received a response from the "warranty department" with a different number to call. Uh-huh, our call went right to **************** who has given us NONE. Now what? I guess a lawsuit is our next option.

      We bought a sectional with the warranty that my puppy tore a whole in and they will not fix it even thought it clearly says pet damage is covered Contacted several times with no response
