      My God I dont know where to start. This institution is criminal, incompetent, rude, about as unhelpful as can be and there is no end in site. My father passed away and left me his *** and it has been a nightmare. They told me I filled out the paperwork incorrectly about 6 times but they dont tell me what I did wrong. So then I have to call them, together a new person, give them the account number, explain the situation again to someone who doesnt speak English, print and motorize the forms only for them to come up with another excuse. Today the excuse was I need to call tomorrow because their tools are broken. I was supposed to have the money last Friday but I still dont have it. Its a joke. If anyone wants to file a class action lawsuit with me please post email me at tlbruzzeseatyahoo.com

      Wellsfargo, has completely shut me out of my home mortgage account and deleted me from all assess online. I was told by ****** their customer rep, today that they can not speak with me whatsoever concerning this account nor can, I have any assess to the account. My account is paid up to date. I also spoke with, ******** who confirmed this. I spoke with, ******************** and ****** whom was were very ill-bred and has no knowledge whatsoever concerning my account. I had to repeat myself several time. My calls started around 7:04 a.m. on July 29 and August 2, 2024 trying to resolve this matter with these people which has always been a problem and no resolution with trying to work with, Wellsfargo. My husband passed, January 23, 2021 and I've been making the payments every since and live in the house, I also signed paper that, Wellsfargo sent me stating claim and my rights as, ************************** wife. Wellsfargo has stop all my assess without cause or reason. I'm no behind on my mortgage and the next payment is due, September 1, 2024

      These people need to be held accountable for the way they treat people They took $9,000 dollars from my checking account with out notice We had taken a loan out on our house to pay bills so we could pay them and they left us with another bill to pay and nothing in our account Dont do business with these idiots they take advantage of people who cant fight back They have money to win They are crooks

      Worst company to get a car. I had a very good job. Lost my job due to me being disabled. Wells fargo was not willing to work with me on payments. They are completely rude, they charged off my account now I have a repo guy harrassing me everyday at my door. Life and situations change and I would not gl through Wells fargo for auto period.

      "***** THE RACIST REP" ****** I'm *****, a loyal Wells Fargo customer since 2017. I recently had an unfortunate experience when I called 877*647*8552 and spoke with *****, employee #A113645. Right from the start, *****'s tone was negative, and he didn't greet me with his name, which is different from the usual Wells Fargo representatives. His behavior was rude, unprofessional, and he spoke over me, even raising his voice. I felt attacked, confused, and small after our conversation.The experience was so distressing that I had to take anxiety medication afterward. I even reached out to my white colleagues to ask if such behavior is typical in their interactions. As a woman of color, I felt degraded.I believe *****'s conduct goes against the principles of respect outlined in the **** act. I was calling to resolve a debt, but after this encounter, I am reconsidering my association with Wells Fargo. I won't be making any more payments to the bank and will share my experience on social media to bring attention to how poorly ***** treated me. I'm particularly concerned about the possibility that others, especially people of color, might be treated similarly.I find it disheartening that such a situation occurred, and I recommend everyone to consider alternative banking options, such as ******** I had never encountered anything like this before. When I informed ***** that I was recording the conversation, he stated he didn't care, so I believe I have the right to share it with my ****** followers on IG and ****** on TikTok. This incident may gain attention, and it's essential for Wells Fargo to address it promptly.

      Every single month, I make a principle only payment for my car. I have to call to make that payment, because there is no online option. So each month, before I allow them to put my payment through, I double ask to make sure that it's going to principle only. They always assure me it will. And sure enough money is taken out of my a count, and when I go to make sure it's put towards principle, it's ALWAYS added to my monthly payment, which of course includes interest! I am beyond frustrated. I have to call back every single time to have it reversed. How many people do this, and don't check their account, and the money is going for their monthly payment. It's dishonest to say the least.

      On August 04, 2023 I notified CS about a delinquent notice I received by mail stating that my account is past due. I explained to the representative that I make payments by phone every month before due date and that I have the confirmation code given after the payment. The representative verified the account number and banking information and assured me that the late fee will be deleted and the matter was solved.Ive contacted recovery on this matter on 2 occasions afterwards and I continue to get late notifications that payment havent been received. Ive also contacted my banking institution to check for Wells Fargo activity there havent been any. I've provided the correct banking information to representatives in recovery numerous times. This is frustrating and affecting my credit. Im retired on limited income. Please correct this matter.

      I was approved for a loan deferment due to hardship. Ive had to call multiple times and advise Ive never received paperwork in the mail. When I finally did receive it, Ive sent it back ****** They said they received it to cancelled my assistance and made me start over. I resent documents and ***** them again and provided tracking details which confirmed that they received it at the address they advised. Called multiple times and was advised they still havent received it and that they would have to send new documents. This has been going on for months and nobody there will provide assistance.

      Wells Fargo Mortgage Lenders used unfair business practice during a loan application. I had to supply numerous duplicate paperwork throughout. Persons from ***************** contacted my realtor who advised me Wells Fargo did not send the Closing Statement to the title company within the 3 day waiting period prior to closing. They admittedly did not go over the closing statement with with us in time to close on our closing date nor did they contact me about it. My closing date changed from 8/31/23 to 9/1/23. This later resulted in my going from paying $48.66 (last day of August interest) to $1459.80 in interest for the month of Septembers. I further was never contacted by WellsFargo about their mistake and had I not called the loan manager to report their mistake I would still be waiting. When I tried to make a complaint I was told I would have to talk to the same manager who told me there was nothing they could do. As I requested to speak to a supervisor of the manager to make a complaint, I was told I would have to talk to the manager I wished to make the complaint against. I was also told I had to purchase home insurance 2 weeks prior to purchasing the home. Per the Freedom of Information Act I requested all paperwork pertaining to my loan application to no avail. Knowing I had to cancel the utilities along with the movers which are still unavailable, Wells Fargo waited until I would be unable to find another lender to advise me of all their missteps, and although they extended my first payment date, I was made to pay the additional $1459.80 interest immediately and still have to make my initial 360 payments with interest. Wells Fargo making money from my paying the additional interest due to their mistake. Also could you look into the fact they refused to provide me with the paperwork I requested, also I had numerous communications with numerous personnel from Wells Fargo and they refused to provide me with any of the taped conversations.
