  On April 30, 2024 I called this company to help me get my key out of my ignition. The locksmith they dispatched to me showed up and removed the key from my car. He did not quote me a price ($475)before performing the act like OS said they would. From there the locksmith asked if I would like for him to make me a new key, which I agreed to. I paid him for the price of removing key and deposit to order new key. Expecting to get the key the next day, he tells me it will be another week to have the key. One week goes by and he tells me the key isnt working and must order a new one. At this point I politely ask if I can cancel the service and take my business elsewhere. From there he was very hostile and informed me the new key has already been ordered and it would be there in a couple days. A couple days go by and I try to get in contact, however notice that calls and texts are not going through. I have no way of contacting this locksmith from my own phone because he blocked communication. I finally got a hold of him through another phone and he refused to disclose where and how to get my belongings until I paid the remainder of my total (which was agreed to be paid upon completion of the services.) I reluctantly paid, seeing it was the only way to get my things back. From there he says it will be ready in a few days. No word from locksmith I try getting in touch when he says the key will be ready, and I have not been able to get a hold of him ever since. Os has been unhelpful, telling me they will call back with a resolution however it has been 5 days with no resolution of progress on their end. I have been out of $1030 and a working car all because Os dispatched me an unreliable locksmith. I need my money back.

  I Called Os locksmith services on 01/02/2022 to unlock the door of 2019 Dodge Caravan. They came out to *** ******* ********** ** *** ****s. The Locksmith unlocked the door and charged us 330.00 plus 10 percent for using the credit card totaling 330.00. to put something in the door to pop the lock, We paid them. The price was excessive and I called another locksmith and they quoted a price of 75.00 dollars and no more. I called Os locksmith services to discuss the price and they informed me that they are not other locksmith. They would not give a explanation to the price, He did not make a offer to make an adjust. I informed them that I would be contacted the BBB and the gentleman stated to go ahead and contact the BBB. Two Gentlemen came to unlock the Dodge Caravan and they are bothers, and one was being trained. I would like a billing adjustment. I think 75.00 would be a sufficient amount to pay for a total of 5minutes of work.
