This is a terrible business. ******* charged significantly more than the quote and refused to provide a detailed invoice or call me back to discuss. He also failed to give critical information to his contractors that resulted in additional time and expense for supplies and materials.His business should be shut down.

this moving company is a joke. we had a playground moved here, nearly two months ago. upon moving it here i noticed it had damage to the siding. well the REASON it had damage was because they literally put it OVER my chain link fence, instead of taking it apart. damaging my fence and playground both. i tried for weeks to get ahold of someone about getting my money back or some form of compensation, they finally sent an email about giving me back $175. my playground alone was $2,000 and brand new, yet alone the price to fix the fence. they came back after weeks more of me haggling them for more money to cover the damages, and they told me they sent out a check for $375 on july 15th. well its been three weeks now, and i have no check. they dont pick up the phone ever! very unprofessional.

It doesn't get any worse than this. Hired All Seasons to move from a two-bedroom house to a two bedroom condominium. Had two men out two days before move to pack up the kitchen (dishes, glasses, silver, pots and pans, small appliances, contents of all cabinets and closets) and to move boxes and furniture from basement to garage. Idea was to get most of the time-consuming effort out of the way so the move would go quickly and smoothly. Much of what was supposed to be packed in the kitchen was not packed until the actual moving day, two days later. This defeated the effort to make the move easier and quicker. What was packed was merely thrown in boxes and sealed with tape. On moving day, according to the mover's estimates, a three-man crew showed up with a 26-foot U-Haul truck. Two of the guys seemed to know something abou moving, but the third guy was a kid who spent too much time on his cell phone and running back and forth to the bathroom. Short story is that these three had to make three trips with the small truck and took 12 hours to move the stuff. These were not professional movers and they were very ineffecient. Toward the end, I was helping them carry things off the truck. They did not move everything into the house that they were supposed to and they had to be reminded to get a fountain from the backyard of the the house we were moving from. They clearly did not want to move the fountain (heavy) and I think they hoped I would forget about it. I had to help one of the guys move it, because the other two had already taken off.Because the move was taking so long, the manager sent another two-man crew with a smaller truck to augment the already over-extended 3-man crew. The second two-man crew made one trip that barely impacted the items that needed to be moved and added more cost than was necessary. In fact the three-man crew complained that the second crew didn't load the truck correctly and should have taken much more.At the end of the move (midnight), I was left with a complete mess of a mountain of boxes stacked high in the garage of the new home with no way to get in and find out what was in them. I was also charge $2,950. When I complained about the amount charged, the manager agreed to remove some of the charges, but did not. Subsequent calls to this business have gone unanswered. This business gouges their customers because their workers do not know how to effeciently pack and load a truck, making moves take much longer than necessary. They also cannot accurately estimate the **** of the truck needed. I suspect that since they rent trucks from U-Haul, they are limited in the max **** U-Haul offers. In short, this is not a professional moving company, no matter what their web site says. I also suspect that the ****** ratings are bogus.I am requesting a refund in the amount of $920, 470 for the useless 2nd crew and $450 for charging more hours than the move should have taken. That still leaves them with $2,030 for what should have been a simple move. It's more than they deserve,
