      I had an issue returning an unused 1/2" chrome extension two days later to a store I've shopped at for 25 years. The employees told me there was basically nothing they could do. Turns out this was incorrect. I called the regional office and talked to a very nice lady. She told me they could have pulled up the past sales to verify. I also used my rewards and that keeps track of things. There is even a phone number you can call to get assistance. Despite my local store being incompetent, I was surprised how amazing customer support was when I needed them. I had honestly stepped out of the zone over the annoyance and frustration. Now, I am willing to get in the zone.As this BBB review is of the regional office, I offer 5 stars. The call was answered quickly by someone one state over, who actually listened to me complain and offered cool and rational advice in return. Many seem to have a bad thing to say. I wanted to share my positive experience.

      I went to this AutoZone so they could replace the battery in my car. When they replaced the battery they shorted my radio fuse. It would no longer turn on and I was without a radio due to someone else's mistake for over 6 months. They then told me they would pay for the new radio if I showed them the receipt and I contacted them with all the information they told me they would need and silence. They wont contact me back and I am out $500 from a mistake they made. I took my car to **** to make sure it they were the cause and **** said they were. I even have the paperwork to shows. I asked multiple times and called them before sending the info. I have still not received a response. Do not go here, they are not worth the time or money and obviously lie to their customers. I spent $300 on that battery and now out $800 because of them. I can't even get a response back from them, even my lawyer has tried contacting them and no response back either. I am so disgusted with this situation. I was such an avid customer and I have never been back to an ********************** since.

      **** at the **********, **. location was such a huge help for me today. He was pleasant and had a fantastic attitude and smile. I am an independent female who sometimes gets lost in automotive endeavors. Thanks for all your help. Give that man a raise!Thank You,***********************

      This location needs diversity and inclusion at this location. The employees don't wear name tags, unprofessional, lack accountability, and integrity. "Lacking diversity creates adversity".
