    Better Business Bureau is advising consumers to use caution when considering doing business with Drink Dispatch.  BBB has received a pattern of consumer complaints alleging failure to deliver ordered products, failure to contact consumers, failure to provide refunds and poor customer service.

    On June 5, 2023, BBB sent a letter to Drink Dispatch.  The company did not respond.

      On February 26th,2023 I was charged for 89.00 for wine that was never delivered. After many attempts to get ahold of this company and sending them emails, finally they emailed me back on March 29 stating that they were out of stock, and they would refund our account back. Today is May 24 and still nothing. This is the worst company that I've had to deal with. They are very unprofessional. If someone from the company would call us back i would appreciate it.

      Refund has been issued through paypal as of today. Sorry for the delay I had not been contacted regarding this order currently as we are restructuring our communication to fix these issues.

      I placed an order on 4/12/2023, % ***** $256.50. I have never received my order I have been charged to my credit card. I have not been able to contact with anyone from this company. Ive sent several emails and Ive left several messages. Ive been ordering from this company for several years!

      Shipment is expected tomorrow we had to restructure our customer contact team. We are still trying to find old orders that were destroyed by the previous employees. They should receive an email with tracking tomorrow afternoon. I can update here as well if needed.

      Ordered 4 cases of wine on March 24, 2023; order #*****. My credit card paid for the wine that day. I expected the wine within a few days as per their website. Started contacting on Apr 2, 2023 both by email and leaving phone messages. Checked my account with ********************** which only ******: Awaiting Shipment. The wine was in stock when I ordered it.I would like either a prompt update about when I can expect the wine or a prompt refund.

      This business has appalling customer service. I rdered a *********************************** from here (it was the only online store to sell it) and it has been a nightmare trying to track down my order. I spent almost $100 at the end of January and was notified by *** that someone else had signed for the wine delivery. I then ordered this same wine again from the company, figuring that they would reimburse me for the first one of offer some kind of voucher for it. The ************* was also charge but I was never sent a notice that it got shipped. I have left messages for the business, emailed them, even spoke with *** and they also said that they can't get a hold of them. They have charged my card twice and haven't responded once to me.

      I ordered 13 bottles of ******* ******* ******** on 3/7/23 from the DrinkDispatch site.My order # is ***** in the amount of $444.60. I contacted the company by email and phone stating I have not received by order and that my credit card was charged the $444.60 on 3/7/23. DrinkDispatch will not respond to my email or phone call.At the time of my order, I had no idea they had such a poor rating and that other customers were having the same issue as myself.I want a refund of the $444.60 that was charged to my credit card since I never received the products I ordered.

      I ordered and paid $1,001.25 for a case of wine on JANUARY 13, 2023. I don't have the wine, and I'm told it didn't ship. I've left multiple voicemail messages and received an email saying one of the bottles was unavailable. I said fine, just put something comparable in and ship it. No Response and best I can tell from logging on still not shipped. they don't answer their phone and are really non-responsive. I've tried to be nice about it but this is ridiculous. It's now MARCH 16. I received was from ***** on 2/21 which I replied and said ship it with the comparable bottle. Got another email on 3/8 from ***********************, who is the owner asking again, I said put a comparable bottle in and ship it.

      Placed an order on 2/12/2023 and money was debited from my debit card, no contact from the company after emailing the company and leaving voicemails. My confirmation number is ***** for the order. I just want my refund for the shipping and cost of the product that was never received in the amount of $92.12.

      On December 23, 2022 I ordered a case of wine, Sa** ** *** ***** ******* ******. I paid approximately $145 including tax and shipping for the case. I received one bottle of wine in 12/30/22. The only way to contact the company is via a contact form on their website. I contacted the company and they replied stating that there was a mistake in the warehouse and they would correct it. I didn’t get any updates from them for a week or so, so I contacted them again. No reply. I have not heard from this company since 12/30/22. I just want my money back.

      I canceled my order for 2 cases of wine because they weren't shipped within the time period advertised on their website then when I did receive them, they are old/bad wine. I've tried contacting seller numerous times and shipped back one case that wasn't open but can't return to send for second because I opened it and I'm not allowed to ship alcohol and the cost to ship is alot. I've asked for a shipping label for weeks and received no response. Will need to send pictures and emails directly. Please provide email and where to send.
