    Better Business Bureau is advising consumers to use caution when considering doing business with Drink Dispatch.  BBB has received a pattern of consumer complaints alleging failure to deliver ordered products, failure to contact consumers, failure to provide refunds and poor customer service.

    On June 5, 2023, BBB sent a letter to Drink Dispatch.  The company did not respond.

      On December 5, 2022, I ordered a case of wine from this company and was charged $256. Per my order confirmation (Order #*****), the estimated delivery date for my wine was Dec. 9. When I had received no update, I emailed on Dec. 11 and Jan. 5 inquiring as to my order. I left several messages on the phone line listed on the company's website, but no one ever answered any of my calls or returned my voicemails. I further followed up via the company's "contact us" on their website (which is their stated preferred method of communication) at least twice. On Jan. 14, I finally received an email from someone named ***** who said he would look into the issue and follow up with me on Monday morning. I emailed on Jan. 20 to inquire as to a resolution as I did not get a follow up on Monday. On Jan. 24, I was told that a large part of my order included wines that were not in stock. (At the time of purchase, the company's website listed all wines I ordered as available.) ***** offered to ship what was available and refund the remainder of my order, and I informed him I just wanted a refund. I have followed up again on this request and still have not received a refund.

      I placed this order on January 5. I have ordered from this company 6 or 7 times before without a problem. I have called Thursday, Friday and Saturday of this week. I also called on the 17th. Twice I was able to leave a message. Other times I could not. I'm not sure what to do. A refund seems to be my only real option.I want to say that this business has always done a great job. My concern is that they are closing or something is very wrong. I read on a different complaint that this company sent out a letter saying something about an accident. I did not get that letter (or email).My bank account was charged for the order ($706.80) on January 6. At some point I suppose I could contest that and then they will ask me to call the police because of the amount.I'd much rather reach an amicable agreement.Can you help?*************************

      I ordered a case of wine on 9/11/22 (#*****) and it never arrived. When I emailed Drink Dispatch several weeks later they said it had been delayed and asked if I wanted to wait or wanted a refund. I replied that I wanted to wait (this was in early October). When another month went by and I heard nothing, I emailed to check in and got no response. Repeated emails since then have received no reply. Its now over four months after my order was supposed to arrive, and they have neither contacted me nor processed a refund.

      Refund has been issued whoever he was speaking with failed to inform me of the issue and I have not been actively checking this email personally.

      Purchased 4 Bottles of wine online from Drink Dispatch on 12/23/22 totaling $62.00 + $54.0 shipping = $116.00. Order #*****. I was excited to find this vintner and support an independent retailer. Sadly to say, I have still not received my order. Nor have I received a response to 4 emails and 2 phone calls between 12/30/22 and 1/11 /23 to get an update on my order. The contact form on their website mentions to expect a response in 24 hours. This has not happened either. At this point, due to the lack of communication and poor customer servicing of my online order, I would like a full refund.

      I placed an order on 12/3/22. They debited my account. I have never received the order. The order has never shipped. They do not answer their phones or emails. The owner, ****, emailed everybody stating he was in an accident and was working on responding to everyone. I haven&#**;t heard anything.

      He emailed to tell me he was refunding the order AND I got an additional email stating the refund had been issued. It's been 7 days & there is no refund & my bank doesn't see anything pending.

       

      There are other YELP rrviees like this. Refund is issued & never received.

      The Refund from Paypal is still in process they wait for our echeck to clear I think before issuing to the card it should be credited any day now we are just waiting on them to finish the process.

      Purchased a case of wine on October 24th 2022. Case was sent with tracking information and my credit card was charged. Something happened during shipping and the case was never received but sent back to sender.Things happen but after a month of trying to get into contact with the sender I do not believe I will ever receive my case of wine or a refund. This is my only option.

      Ordered two bottles of wine. Drink Dispatch responded that they didn’t have the wines I ordered in stock. I asked them to cancel the order and issue a refund. They confirmed but the refund never came.
