      Pipe Solutions left a mess in our sewer and then ghosted us. We were having blockages of our sewer at our facility, so our regular plumber recommended that we contact Pipe Solutions to correct the problem permanently. We contracted with Pipe Solutions to line our sewer pipes. Instead of installing one continuous liner, they installed segments of liner and then planned to coat the sections of pipe between the liner segments with epoxy. When they couldn't get our pipes dry enough to apply the epoxy successfully, they left us with incompletely lined sewer pipes. At the beginning and at the end of each liner segment, the liner material curled into the sewer pipe channel, acting like a claw to catch toilet paper and other flushed items, blocking our sewers repeatedly. When I contacted the owner of Pipe Solutions, *********************, with these concerns, he did not have a plan to rectify the unlined sections. In fact, he stopped answering and returning my phone calls and texts, forcing us to seek out another sewer lining contractor (*********************). Thankfully, ********************* was able to install one continuous liner over the incompletely lined sections and the curled liner ends which Pipe Solutions had left in our sewer pipes. We are now more than one year downstream from *********************'s successful installation and we have not had one single blockage of our lined sewer pipes, stabilizing our business and protecting our employees and clients. (Thank you, *********************) We paid ********************* and Pipe Solutions in full for their incomplete lining job, in excess of $30,000. We then had to pay ********************* a similar amount to completely re-do the sewer pipe lining. Subsequently, we attempted to make a claim with Pipe Solutions' liability insurance. For the last year, the attorneys for the insurance company have been playing the delay game and giving us the runaround, refusing to pay us any remuneration for Pipe Solutions' failed attempt to line the sewer pipes.

      I think they have a very nasty scheduler that schedules the workers to come out. You can tell her when you are available, but she will dictate when they will be available to home to my house. They did not call me the day before to confirm that they are coming. They called the day of to confirm they were coming. I informed her that I could only schedule in the morning but she would only schedule in the afternoon. I told the scheduler continuously that I could not do afternoon. Also, I called and requested the same plumber that diagnosed the problem and she would would not send that person out again. My warranty company cancelled the contract with and find someone else.

      Good afternoon, we apologize the customer feels that way. this customer missed the original apt for the return and then said very hostile words towards our dispatcher. the date the owner was requesting we did not have available. we gave her our next dates available that here afternoon arrivals. our next morning arrival was not till the middle of this coming week. the reason we where sending a different tech is that the original tech was out with the stomach flu ad we offered to reschedule and she declined. all our phone calls are recorded if you would like a copy of all the phone calls

      CONSUMER BEWARE-I question honesty & integrity Pipe Solution dispatched by home warranty co (HW). Install kitchen instant hot/cold water dispenser (mini water heater & small faucet dispenser). Finish (chrome) didn't match main brushed nickel faucet. Pipe ******** provided phone # & called HW part ***** Warranty replacement policy discussed. Since parts NOT installed, one-time exception brushed nickel approved by HW. Pipe ******** confirmed to HW replacement NOT installed. Pipe ******** left with "old" & "new" replacement chrome parts- left hole in countertop where dispenser should be, but not installed. Following 4 months:1. Called Pipe *** inquired new brushed nickel dispenser install. Rude woman advised would require boxing & ship back chrome parts-they won't do-my problem to resolve w/ HW **. They closed ticket 2. Called HW-they contacted Pipe ***. They advised I refused install-so they left -ticket closed. Not true-Pipe ************ spoke to HW rep-approved replacement 2. Called Pipe *** (rude woman) for help to resolve since their tech spoke to HW **************** & new parts. Stated they consider closed. No help to resolve-my problem. Ticket closed 3. Called HW **-ticket reopened. Pipe *** again closed ticket & told HW installed hot/cold dispenser complete. I challenged 4. *********** called to schedule appointment-I agreed thinking they were installing dispenser. NOPE. Original Pipe ******** took picture under sink & left Note, small water heater box still under sink-I believe old broken one since tech told HW nothing installed 5. Pipe *** then submitted picture to HW ** as install proof. HW closed case 6. Challenged response HW-submitted my pictures sink/countertops with hole-no dispenser install 7. HW ** contacted Pipe *** to question install. They told HW "they did complete install w/chrome faucet ***************** heater under sink. I must have removed chrome dispenser b/c I wanted brushed nickel" SO NOT TRUE!!!! They DID NOT INSTALL.

      Poor communication! I was advised 5-26-2022 that Pipe Solutions cancel the recall and I was never told by either party that the service was cancelled. I called and spoke with ***** on 05-26-2022 and she advised me that my warranty company never forward the order. I waited for phone from the company to set up appointment and to find out today 05-26-2022 that they cancelled the recall order and advised the home warranty to get another opinion from another company due to they have done everything they could do to repair the water heater. I feel me being a customer and calling the office several times due to the water heater problem. I deserve a phone call back from them and that never happened and that is why I feel the communication was bad and this is my personal opinion with this company.

      We sincerely apologize for the miscommunication with your Home warranty company. However, we have to follow their protocol and we did not have a work order when you called in. We also told your home warranty company your water heater needed to be replaced not that we weren't able to do anything further.
