I have been trying since October 4th to obtain the return of our $20,000 deposit. We decided not to pursue a pool and we have simply not been able to get anything back from them. Pooltron did not begin any detailed drawings other than the high-level marketing ones to show us the concept. The bid for the project was high but we did put a deposit down to hold a potential timeframe. However, we decided not to pursue the pool and we have been unable to obtain the return of any of the deposit. They (***************************) have sent a couple of emails saying the return is "processing" but at this point, that is obviously a prevarication of the truth. I have all the emails that I've sent and the "few" times *************************** bothered to return my inquires. The bottom line for me is that *************************** and Pooltron seem to have no intention of returning our deposit and only reply occasionally as a stalling tactic. I've lost my patience with them basically stealing a large sum of money. He admits that they are "processing" the return...which is a total lie to this point.
