  Do not rent with this company. I paid $150 an application fees for an apartment in **************. I was never given a reason as to why we were denied, even though we passed every qualification that they listed on their site. Then looking at reviews, I can now see as to I dodged a bullet in renting with them. They are only after your money and not take any interest and caring for you as a tenant.

  All applicant information is private and can not be discussed in a public forum. Sometimes applications are not approved based on the rental criteria that are clearly communicated before applications are submitted.

  They were horrible my entire stay I have all the code violations that were in place during my stay the office staff are very disrespectful none of the maintenance knows what they are doing they hire anybody off the street to come in your house. They tried to have unlicensed people work on my electricity and plumbing I have proof of all. They wouldn’t address my sewage situation for months I had holes in the walls to the outside also stated by the building inspector which I also have the code violation for. They were unresponsive to anything I needed they took all my money then charged for everything I needed done during my stay when I left and took my deposit when I talked to them two months before I left and they said they wouldn’t charge me which is in my lease **** the owner won’t talk to anyone and **** the manager is very rude

  Don't see any proof of anything here so it's hard to address mystery opinion based complaints about service. That said this resident had two large pitbulls and they were aggressive dogs that had to be contained for any services to be performed. Most service people refused to work in the home due to the dogs. The resident went to eviction court and lost after not having paid for over 6 months, as he stated he would let the court decide and they did, but now ***** still is unhappy that it was decided by the court he did owe the rent. He did pay the back rent and then vacated delaying the move out several times and finally leaving the home with furniture and loads of stuff still inside the home and some damages. When you are being yelled at and called names and accused of false actions....aka you are rude to me....don't then expect me to solve your false claims too. ***** was treated according to the terms of the lease and doesn't like it....I can't solve that.

  These people at mogul Property Management are mean bias rude if u come to them upset about issue they will talk to you like youre one of their children. If u file a maintenance they dont let u know half the time theyre coming and when they do its the day of . Then the maintenance men do even kno half the time what theyre coming in your unit for some times they leave and dont fix anything and the online portal would say your work order have been comeplete if you live in a building with people and they get roaches your screwed be cause theyll come when they feel like it and stray only your unit with family dollar bug spray now your home is infested when I moved in 4 YEARS ago I was told not to go on my back porch because its unsafe no one fixed it the alley is nasty I had like 8 landlord since I moved in they just went up on my rent drastically and nothing is fixed its like theyre getting over then when you try to talk to them about the things youre paying for every month they respond like they attacking you or like your arguing with them I stay alone and Im pregnant now I had an lead inspection and they told me it was so much wrong with the building this is the only time I started to contact them to make sure I have the ************* condition and its been absolute struggle some times Im scared to contact them cause I dont want them to disrespect me or stress me out they are bullies tho they dont care whats wrong with the building who stays there whos not supposed to be there they dont care about nothing but them getting that rent and thats not fair everything me and many other tenants are complaining about thing that would be included in rent then I had my grandmother apply to a unit next to me a month ago they took her 50$ application fee from her and many others that applied and unit is not ready still online they are real deal scammers and they talk to people crazy and do what they want to do because theres no one to stop them we need help .

  There is so much here, I'm not going to address a rant with personal claims that have no bearing on professional service. The rent here is $550 per month.....you don't rent a $550 dollar apartment then expect to get service like you are paying $2000 a month....the money isn't there to answer this resident's almost daily work order complaints and other complaints. We have sent professional pest control companies multiple times and several of those this resident refused entry. When we did enter the apartment was a mess and when you don't clean of course you get insects and rodents in the unit. Sometimes people that are unhappy should just leave if they don't like something rather than blaming everyone else. We are just humans doing our best sorry we are not amazing enough to meet every single persons expectations.

  Me and my 4 children are currently renting with this company and I received a text message saying that they will not be fixing any of the listed problems in my maintenance orders because they sent me a letter of non renewal and that they are expecting keys at the end of the month(4days)!The letter I never received! My leasing agreement states that the lease automatically renews etc. as well as a month to month policy that apparently I cant take advantage of. I have lived without lights in my kitchen and in one of my bedrooms, ive had an infestation of mice constantly throwing away food, one of the bedrooms ceiling leaks when it rains, the tub paint was repaired once but has began peeling again and has gotten much worse since the first reporting, the basement backs up with sewage, I have submitted maintenance request around 5+ months or so ago and the issues has yet to be reviewed or fixed! They say that they will not fix anything until I give them their keys at the end of the month! Every request that Ive submitted had been canceled without repair. Every maintenance man says that they are sent to do a job but is interrupted and sent on a new assignment with no intention of returning. I work from home and Maintenance was sent out to cut electric to fix a line without notice! Dont ever rent from these people unless you want to have and unprofessional experience! Listen to your reviews and disregard their responses and move around accordingly!!!

  She has put in several repair requests but will not let the maintenance Tecs in we have made several attempts to do the repairs but she will not let us. We issued her a nonrenal of her at the end of last month because she will not let us in to do the repairs.
