    Not too pleased with how things are starting out originally set a feb 28/ mar 1 move in date then was notified 1 out of 3 houses were still available and we would have to move move in date to feb 14 to secure home upon approval weve notified current lease holder we would be ending our lease so now we are in a position to secure home so we arent out on street so we agree to accelerated date then 1 day prior to agreement another house same as we were attempting to rent was posted indicating we could have been accommodated original move in date secondly after further speaking to agent pricing was not as advertised clearly and a bit misleading from original offer agent proposed and he now has to make changes to credit our account every month to honor advertised pricing due to automated lease creation so we are going to see how things go from here 2/3/25

    The application and move-in process was quick and stress-free I viewed the property, was approved, and signed the lease all within a few hours.     Up & Up is a mixed bag, I'll tell you that. As a landlord, they definitely take too long to do repairs and we've had other issues with them. However, I do have something more positive to say about them on the other hand. When we were faced with the decision to buy our home with their rent to own model or move out due to circumstances outside their control (investors), we decided to buy the home. It was a rough process with a lot of going toe to toe with upper management. However, they worked with us in the end, fixing almost everything wrong with the house and putting it in our hands as homeowners in good condition. This company installed a new AC system, roofing for our garage, put a sump pump in the basement, worked on the foundation, and more. They went the extra mile to come to agreeable terms with us in the end. It wasn't easy, but in the end, working with their rent to own model both saved us a ton of money and connected us with a property we fell in love with before ever buying. Additionally, they set us up with a brilliant lender who was just amazing. This company may be a struggle to work with at times, but ultimately I do believe they care about their tenants and buyers.
