              Bug in salad, absolutely disgusting. I reached out to customer care they are a laughable joke. No one seemed to care there are insects in your food being served by Panera. Refund my entire order immediately!! The heck Panera. This is just disappointing. Photos attached. Clearly the lettuce and other fruits and veggies are not being washed properly. This is a health violation no one is taking seriously ?? ????

              Absolutely terrible. Never once can I go and have my order right. Silly me for giving them another chance when they falsely advertised all new recipes on many items that I used to enjoy but stopped getting due to the consistently low quality. Not a single item on our order tasted as it should. What they claim to be new recipes are just the same items but of an even lower quality than they previously were. The *******, **** location on ************ needs to be looked into because they just take peoples money and never make it right. They expect you to come back and place another order to replace the item instead of just refunding what they screwed up. Consumers beware! Panera in ************ is incompetent and if they do manage to make the order correctly, you can be sure the quality will be low. The manager I spoke to wasnt helpful but sounded like she had been in the middle of a great conversation when I called. Maybe she shouldve been spending that time checking orders for quality control instead of chatting.
