Absolutely terrible. Never once can I go and have my order right. Silly me for giving them another chance when they falsely advertised all new recipes on many items that I used to enjoy but stopped getting due to the consistently low quality. Not a single item on our order tasted as it should. What they claim to be new recipes are just the same items but of an even lower quality than they previously were. The *******, **** location on ************ needs to be looked into because they just take peoples money and never make it right. They expect you to come back and place another order to replace the item instead of just refunding what they screwed up. Consumers beware! Panera in ************ is incompetent and if they do manage to make the order correctly, you can be sure the quality will be low. The manager I spoke to wasnt helpful but sounded like she had been in the middle of a great conversation when I called. Maybe she shouldve been spending that time checking orders for quality control instead of chatting.Review from Adam S

I was door *******, I asked the staff if they had the two orders I was assigned. The staff were very rude, they ignored me. And the manager told me to leave.Im filing a formal complaint with the better business bureau. This is unacceptable behavior. This will be fixed. And there will be an apology.Review from Cathy R

I used to love Panera, no more. Way over priced, ridiculously tiny tiny portions ! I'm still starving after I eat their little morsels. No more! If they think they're saving money this way, bad business. Eventually, no one will eat there and they will go out of business. That's sad.Review from Edward B

Disgusted! This location is ran by children. Last night I place order for myself my child and my husband for two bread bowls and one sandwich. Delivery came I find two small cups in place of bread bowls no one contacted me I call get to speak to a manger who was less than sympathetic and even passed the blame on DoorDash! This lady gets smart with me and tells me well we are out of bread and that amount you received is what we put into our bread bowls anyway. She advised me she refunded the two bread bowl today I get an email from Panera customer service again no apologies but miscommunicated I was fully refunded when ****** I was not! I sent screenshot of refund reflecting this and no decency on response. Horrible ! This company has gone down the c*** chute! This location is garbage if you check reviews nothing but angry and dissatisfied customers but nothing is ever done ! All they do is here is some hush rewards CLOSE THIS **** PLACE THE **** FOWN ALREADY!Review from Phyllis E

This company continues to over charge for their food while giving the customer small portions. Blaming on their corporate as to their reasoning behind not giving you what you pay for. I purchased a whole tuna sandwich and received what looked like a tablespoon of tuna on each bread. I insisted I was not paying $15 for 2 tablespoons of tuna on 2 slices of bread with a big load of lettuce to hide the cheat! The cashier took a picture of my sandwich, and agreed that it was not an adequate portion then chuckled with her coworker! This location is in ******** ********. Needless to say, this is not my first experience in having purchased a tuna sandwich from this location. It has been an ongoing situation, and they still have not changed. I refuse to purchase anything from this Panera Bread in the future. If purchasing a tuna sandwich from this location, I highly recommend that you look at your sandwich before leaving the place because you may be a bit disappointed. I would be embarrassed to be an employee at this place, because of the way that they do business.Review from Qi S

Horrible company, the manger in this company using the front glass door to punch me when I trying leaving at 9pm, and scolding me making excuses claim I was begging people for money, make up things that not exist. I reported to this company headquarters, but dont get any reply. My left arm still painful for over one week!Review from Andrew R

I do like Panera but I have purchased gift cards in the past and their promotions are good. However this time I purchased one and was sent bonus gift cards which while they say can be redeemed online dont work and after contacting them was told they have to be printed and further more the bonus cards that came with my order arent good until next year. Why would I want to buy gift cards I cant use until next year thats ridiculous. Furthermore I bought digital gift cards to redeem/send digitally and now they are telling me the two bonus cards have to be printed and brought in but not until next year. Thats false advertising and though I like Panera completely unacceptable.Review from Mrs D

Staff will stand there holding your bag of food while talking to other employees to purposely make you wait for several minutes and food get cold. This has happened on several occasions. It is clear it is intentional. I have heard from someone who worked there that this is a common practice of several employees to customers who don't tip. I understand tipping is important, when I am being provided a service (being served), however when placing an order they are putting it in a bag, and handing it to me is not a reason to tip. I wouldn't tip the cashier and bagger at Byerlys or the person checking me out at Kohls. If I eat inside, I will tip because they clean up the crumbs on the table, etc.. Workers, if you need more money, this is an issue to take up with the company. You should be paid a fair wage, but you can't expect the customers to be making up for it by putting food in a bag and handing it to us. Don't be mad at us, be mad at your employer.What else are they doing to your food?
