I was surprised at the bad reviews. I bought 5 pairs for family for Christmas, and while it took a little longer to get them they were all as ordered. Nice shoes for a good value.Joe's New Balance Outlet

I love this company. I've never had any issues. They're quick to send out the order and I receive their goods very quickly. I've purchased from them 5 times in the last 18 months. I am unsure why their rating is so low here as my experience has been excellent.Joe's New Balance Outlet

I bought 6 pairs of shoes (order number *********) and 2 days after purchase, before they were shipped, the price dropped, so I asked for a price adjustment, but they said to return and order again, so I ordered the same item again (order number *********). I went to UPS to return the shoes, but because it was the holiday season, the shipping was so expensive that I ended up paying more than I paid for the purchase. I don't understand why they don't have a price adjustment or free return system. I will tell you not to do it.Joe's New Balance Outlet

I made an order and the company charged my card several times (4) for the shoe. I have called, texted and nothing. I am going back to see if tracking was provided and nothing ( 4days). Ordered a pair of shoes which were on sale for 44.99 + tax and then 3 days later they are on sale for 35.99 + tax, they would not credit me the difference. Now I have to return and buy them again, which will cost the company more money and me more money, they only care about a quick buck and not running a sustainable business. BUYER BEWARE, Ordered shoes on Oct, 27 2022,I needed the sneaker for Nov 8th. After waiting 2 days, I never received an email for tracking number. I called **** Svcs said I would received them in time before Tues. Checked eevery day to see if there was any progress, NOTHING!! Called them again Nov, 5th I was told it was lost. And they would have to file a claim!! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY IT DOESN'T SEEM LEGIT. Are they a Subsidiary of New Balance? New Balance needs to Investigate this!!!Joe's New Balance Outlet

I have purchased 4 pairs of shoes on Sept 16, 2022 and one pair of shoes on Sept. 17, 2022 from this so called Joe's New Balance Outlet. On Sept. 19 / 20, 2022 I received shipping confirmation for both my orders (ORDER # ***************** # *********) without any tracking number available, moreover the e-mail confirmed that a tracking number would be updated within 24 hours which unfortunately has not happened till date....When I get back to the site and sign-in to check the status of my order its quite astonishing that no information is available on my account as well, as soon you click on "MY ACCOUNT" it opens up a weird page mentioning 'SORRY WE COULD'NT FIND THE **** YOU'RE LOOKING FOR"Could some representative from this outlet contact me through e-mail in order to assist with this matter ASAP, otherwise all I can say is God Bless you!!!Joe's New Balance Outlet
