    This review is for the storage unit. I had a enclosed utility trailer stored there. It was broken into and everything was taken. What upsets me, is ALL of the main cameras did NOT pick up any footage of the two stealing my equipment. They cut the fence on the opposite side of the lot and walked all they way to my trailer which was on the other side. The only camera on my side was just a trail/deer camera. Really, This is you camera setup for your security. Also, my monthly rent went up last summer due to they said they hired a full time security officer on site. This security comes in every once in awhile. The is NO FULL TIME SECURITY OFFICER ON SITE. Last summer as well, Someones RV was stolen and recovered in **********.I HIGHLY recommend you DO NOT store your belongings here as they are not equipped with good security or cameras.

    Hi *******. We've addressed this on other platforms, but again, will mention that we did provide you with the camera footage that you mention not having. We have different types of cameras on site and have alternative methods of cameras that other cameras may not clearly reach. We are happy to provide a physical copy of the individuals wearing all black clothing with their faces fully covered to you again on a flash drive if you'd like to stop by the office. Regarding the security guard - you are correct that we do not have a full-time guard - we don't advertise a full-time guard. Our email communication was that it would be part-time. We are trying this part-time as an alternative solution to industry standard. We understand your frustration and, to be honest, we feel violated as well by the situation. We're sorry that we can't stop theft 100% of the time. It's a shame we even have to worry about these sorts of things.
