I had 27 windows installed June 2022. December 2022 they all frosted with ice inside the house. I was told that it would take 3-6 months to get the new windows in stock and they were installed in August 2023. They didn't even have all of the windows then. This past Sunday I have a inch of ice on all my windows. I've have only talked to chuck. I called him and sent text and he hasn't responded. I'm not going threw this with him for a 3rd time

They replaced a window, and with the recent flooding, we had water coming in the window. We think that they didn't properly seal the window where they replaced the window. We had water coming in before the window replacement and we thought with the new window, we wouldn't be taking on water. When I've spoken to them, they say that it is the foundation and it doesn't have anything to do with the window, that we need drainage.  I purchased the window from the ****** ***** location.

We installed 3 basement windows for *** ****** in August of 2021.  They are single sliding windows, meaning that only one side slides while the other is a sealed fixed glass side.  The windows are designed to allow rain water to drain out of the main frame through the weep holes if any rain would happen to get in.  The windows are not designed to keep out standing water.  I believe the windows are doing their job in that regard.  We have already sent the installer out to double check the installation and again advised *** ****** that he needs to get the standing water to drain away from the house.  *** ****** himself indicates his old windows leaked, ("we had water coming in before the window replacement and we thought with the new windows, we wouldn't be taking on water;")  He also said that ("with the recent flooding, we had water coming in the window"),  not when it rains, as we all know it has since last August.  Plus he is only having problems with one not all 3 windows.

The video *** ****** has sent us and hopefully you too, indicates the water coming over the main frame of the window.  It is not coming in around the frame as it would if the window was not installed and sealed properly.  The standing water, I have no idea how high it is on the outside, is coming in through the weep holes, filing up the entire main frame cavity and then running inside.  Again, no operating window is designed to keep out standing water.

We believe that if *** ****** would resolve the drainage issue outside of his house that this problem would go away.

On May 5, 2022, I contacted this business by phone and made an initial deposit of $400 (50% of total) for the business to install gutters at my residence. I was told that they would contact me later to set up the appointment for the work. I have not heard from them. I have tried to contact them multiple times since then, but I still don't have a timetable for the work to begin or end. I would like for the business to either do the work we agreed upon or return my $400.

      The gutters were installed 6/9/22.

I first contacted this company on 12/9/2020. I waited a long time for someone to contact me. They measured twice; after the second time the price of the windows went up. I paid this company of $4000 six months ago. I have a receipt. They said that the windows would be installed in April or May. They still haven't been installed. They haven't contacted me; I have contacted them, and they finally answered the phone yesterday. They told me that it would be next year before they would be installed. He also told me someone would contact me and I haven't been contacted.
