              Fake auto warranty letter. Phone number provided is *************. Verbiage is vague and indicates if your factory warranty has expired, you will be responsible for paying any repairs. However, if expired, you can still activate a service contract on your vehicle before its too late. **** picks up the phone and hangs up when you ask what company this is. A ****** search showed several people experiencing this continuously on a weekly to monthly basis of these letters coming in the mail. Very real looking and can easily manipulate people.

              I received a letter: "ACTIVATION REQUIRED FOR COVERAGE VALIDATION" for my car which is under a full/ten year warranty by SUBARU...After careful review, this a relatively elaborate sham mixing false information with some true facts It is elaborate enough to induce prospects to sign.Make it clear that THIS IS A SHAM!.Why select a star rating!!! it deserves none
