      I purchased the auto and tire protection plan when I bought my vehicle. I had a blow out and had to replace a tire. I called safe guard to file a claim but they aren't open on the weekends. The dealership said to keep the receipt and take pictures. Safe guard would not let me file a claim. I was told the dealership would have to file it. The service manager tried to file several times but was told it was to late. Apparently I should've rode on the donut until safe guard opened on Monday to file the claim. Customer support is non-existent. Not a single person could point me in the right direction. I don't understand how they are still in business.

      Fake auto warranty letter. Phone number provided is *************. Verbiage is vague and indicates if your factory warranty has expired, you will be responsible for paying any repairs. However, if expired, you can still activate a service contract on your vehicle before its too late. **** picks up the phone and hangs up when you ask what company this is. A ****** search showed several people experiencing this continuously on a weekly to monthly basis of these letters coming in the mail. Very real looking and can easily manipulate people.

      Keep getting emails from this company saying that my auto warranty hasnt been activated and that I will be responsible for repairs if its not started.

      I received a letter from ****** (supposedly) saying my service contract hasn't been activated. It looks very official and I have been receiving this type of letter my mail for years. We now own two ******s, so the letter gets my attention every time. I have to carefully note that this letter once again is a scam. The number they want me to call is **************. I looked on the internet and it is a known scam, plus I called ****** and they confirmed it is a scam. But nobody knows what to do about it. What can I do to stop them from constantly mailing me? Thank you!

      I am writing to express my escalating frustration and dismay regarding the continuous runaround I have experienced with Safe Guard, the service provider for my extended tire and wheel protection warranty.Despite following all prescribed procedures and submitting the required documentation, my attempts to connect with a supervisor at Safe Guard have been unsuccessful. The lack of cooperation in escalating my concerns has further exacerbated my frustration.Regrettably, my tire replacement claim continues to be denied by Safe Guard, even though I have diligently complied with their requests. The situation is becoming increasingly untenable as my efforts to secure assistance and clarification on the denial have been met with resistance.This ongoing ordeal is not only causing undue stress and anxiety but is also hindering my ability to resolve the issues with my RV promptly. The lack of transparency and cooperation from Safe Guard is deeply concerning, especially given the substantial investment I made in purchasing the extended and highest-tier warranty through Good ***.

      In August of 2023 I was told by this company that my tires would be paid for under warranty within ***** hours to the tire company. My cars now been in the shop with a flat tire for 6 days!!!!!! They have hung up on me multiple times. I have been told multiple times they would send the money for the tire repair the following day and still Im waiting. I have called this company over 30 times in the last week trying to get my car repaired. I do not have another vehicle to drive to work. My car is not drivable. Im pretty sure I spent $4,000 on this tire warranty and all they do is give me the run around instead of paying for my tire repair. People are rude on the customer service line and hang up when they transfer you to a supervisor. I would never pay for a warranty through this company ever again. This is the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. They want you to give up on calling asking for money for repairs in hopes you pay for the tire yourself. This company is a scam.

      ***************************** Old Address: *********************************, ** NEW ADDRESS: ********************************************************** March 28, 2023 Safe Guard Auto ***************************************************************** AGREEMENT # SGA54873 To Whom It May ************** I am writing to file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau because I have been unsuccessful with securing the balance of my policy. On October 26, 2016 I purchased a policy with Safe Guard Auto for my 2016 Ram **** truck. I was forced to trade in my vehicle because the company refused to make the required repairs based on additions I made to the vehicle. As a result, it was more cost effective to purchase another vehicle. I contacted Safe Guard Auto in September 2021 & was informed that I had a balance of $600.00. I made over 45 calls & was either told by the third party vendor that they will put in a message, a check will be in the mail or there was NO answer or ability to leave a voice message. The number I called was ************. I have given the company ample time to rectify this but obviously I have only received the run around as I have NOT received reimbursement to this day. I am extremely frustrated & am reaching out to you for some assistance in rectifying this matter. Attached is a copy of the *************** Agreement.       I purchased a tire warrenty from this company under my lease program with ****** They told me that if i had ANY issue with my tires (i.e flat tire) I would be fully covered. I was pulling out of my work driveway when my low pressure warning came on my vehicle. I immediately turned off the road into a parking lot and stopped. I checked my tires and my rear passenger tire was flat. I called my roadside assistance through ***** and was advised I needed to be towed. I waiting about an hour and a half for the tow truck. Once there they changed my rear tire to the front on my car since they had a dolly for my car. This was so only my good tires (the rears) touched the ground. ***** put in a claim for a new tire and it was immediately denied because there was sidewall damage and safeguard claimed that it was because I was driving on it. I have called several times to appeal my denial and have been denied at every turn. I pay safeguard every month and have for almost two years and will continue to for the next year because of my lease. I'm sure the amount I have already given them is enough to cover 1 tire which came out to a total $124.

      I traded in my vehicle that was covered with VRS. I called them and asked what I needed to cancel and receive a refund for my contract. I sent those documents in in October of 2021, the company confirms they recieved them and canceled my policy as of 10/25/2021. I am still waiting on a refund of $1974.00. The company has supposedly mailed me a check multiple times and it either has an error in mailing and doesnt get sent out or I just never receive it and they have to cancel and resubmit. Its been over 6 months. My address and info on file is correct. Now the company works with a 3rd party customer service company and there is absolutely no way to speak with them directly.
