      Club Fitness has very shady business practices. They'll email you a copy of your contract - but it is not the same as the one they keep on file. Getting Customer support is next to impossible. The gyms are not maintained and many of the equipment will be out of order. The members of the gym are the worst for gym etiquette - They don't return weights are put them back where they belong. They'll set up cameras and occupy multiple pieces of equipment - when filming in restrooms and gym floor should not be alloyed

      This company makes it impossible to cancel membership. Years after diligent monthly payments we decide to cancel because my husband got free membership through work. I was told to go and cancel it via terminal in the facility that gives you no paper confirmation that it was cancelled. It said on the screen that membership was cancelled but still needs 30 days to process. Then they keep charging you even after 30 days, if you refuse to pay, they send you to collections agency that is very rude - when you try to argue they are asking for a paper proof that the terminal in facility does not give. This is called extortion. Please stay away from this business.

      I am very disappointed with the Club Fitness organization. I have been a loyal member of the **********, ******** location for many years. Even when I couldn't go for over a year due to medical complications I continued to pay them. When I joined I paid to have access to all the amenities. The Women's studio, Cycle studio, tanning, red light therapy, exercise class etc. were all included. I didn't use any of them often, but still paid for the privilege. When I went back I was surprised to find I no longer had access. I thought my card may need to be updated so I contacted the manager of the gym. Much to my surprise that was not the case. He said the company wanted me to pay more money for the amenities I had always been entitled to. I can understand changing prices for new members, but to change policy on a whim and punish old, loyal customers is unthinkable. I run three successful companies and that is not the proper way to business.This needs to be addressed so that Club FItness learn to appreciate their customers. They are entailed to change prices and amenities as the economy changes. However, old customers should be grandfathered in under their original agreement. Speaking as a member, we picked Club Fitness for a reason. If we are that underappreciated we can pick another gym just as easily.

      I have gone into the St ****** location multiple times to cancel to only be told there is no manager and to come back. I have reached out through email multiple times with no response. I am no longer near the area and cant ************ everyday to catch a manager. Their cancelation policy is absolute GARBAGE. I can sure sign up and give you my money online but no way no how can I cancel online.

      We do apologize for your experience described as there is a self serve kiosk for you to fill out the cancellation form on at anytime. A manager or team member does not need to be present for you to cancel.

      I canceled my service in person and was told it was done and I would be good to go. Foolishly I assumed that I would be done and trusted them. Wrong. I have been charged for 6 months and when I called the service line I was told the cancelation was never processed. I suppose they do this to get more money, tell you you're done and just keep charging you until you notice. Disgusting, shameful and downright horrible business practice.

      I've been trying to cancel my membership for months now. I've tried calling them, but they never pick up. Now they're charging me ***** instead of the original *****. They had also sent out a notification saying you need to upgrade to the new app or you lose your club access. I didn't upgrade purposely and they're still charging me each month. The company is a scam and only cares about how much money they can milk out of you. They couldn't care less if you go to the gym or not. I highly wouldn't recommend it as they purposely make the process of canceling as hard as possible.

      Cancelled membership a week ago, was sent email that it had been cancelled and as soon as my payment was processed, I would receive refund within 3-5 business days. I called to check on, the company that handles their Membership fees is *** Fitness Solutions, now they are not sure if the club has been contacted to get my refund sent out or not? Terrible customer service and no one ever answers phone at Club Fitness, so no one I can talk to about it. Very unpleasant experience and would not recommend Club Fitness to anyone.

      This is a horrible company that lies about their contracts. It is no longer 24 hours for me. I will try to go there after work as a security guard only to find out they manipulated my contract until its not 24 hours. File a complaint with the Attorney General.

      I would like it said in writing that these changes to price and anccess are unjust and forced without my consent. I signed up to a membership program under certain perimeters and these perimeters were changed without my consent in the middle of my membership cycle. I did agree to the higher rate and reduced access only because my only other option was to cancel. This is more or less blackmail and it is not ok to treat your loyal long standing customers in this way. These changes should have been for new customers only.
