    I had an upper GI on 1/11/22. I was only ther for no more than two hours. When I received the bill all it had on it was that I owed $1,200.00. It took them 8 months to send me an itemized bill. When I received it it was for 10,800 and then they could write off $8,800 because I had insurance. I started making payments but had to call them every month because they were sending me the same bill every month and not applying my payments. I caled on 8/25/22 spoke to ***** - 8/28/22 spoke to ***** - 9/2022 spoke to **** - 9/30/22 spoke to ***** - 10/4/23 spoke to ***** - 11/16/23 spoke to ****** - 12/22/23 spoke to ****** - 12/29/23 left a vm - 1/6/23 no answer - 2/23 sent them confirmation of all my payments. Long story short my bill was down to $500.00 that I owe and they kept billing me for $792.40 even after me sending them confirmation of my payments. I told them I wasn’t making any more payments until they sent me a bill reflecting my payments. In return, now they have sent it to collections saying that I owe $702.40. It’s illegal to keep collecting money and not posting it to the amount owed. Please make this public so nobody else has the hardship of dealing with this center. Not to mention, I wonder how many people have been ripped off for money they don’t owe. Thank you!

    I used this facility on 08/18/2022, had to schedule more than two months out, I went to the facility multiple times prior to procedure to get the paper work but they did not give it. I made it clear I would not be using anesthesia. Upon arrival they make you sign away your rights if you do not agree then they force you to cancel, not clear if you still have to pay. Had this done in a different state since no anesthesia, no IV required, this site made me have an IV against my will or procedure canceled. I ask them weeks before, this site is not transparent, the patient comes last. If you have concerns about your health, they saw it's their way or the highway. Can't wait to see billing. Excuses are the tools of the incompetent. Can't wait to read their excuses. First suggestion be transparent, make the forms you sign available well in advance of procedure. Be forthcoming a head of time not day of procedure. Put patient first not last. This site was focused on themselves, so why not tell customers a head of time.
