Bristol Manor, The Essex, Ashbury Heights, and many other franchises are owned by the same two people. You'd think that they wouldn't steal from the working poor. This isn't the case. My check? I am now waiting over a week later for it. My other person? Over half of the check was stolen from her. $700 out of a promised salary of $1,400. I'm not joking. Are we alone? No. This is a weekly issue with multiples of people. Do not work here, do not put mom or dad here.

Mr. G*****, Your check was mailed to your address as usual. Unfortunately, I cannot control the mail service but we have offered to reissue your check. You wanted to wait another day to see if it arrived. I cannot control the mail service. As far as the other issue that you raised, If a person doesn't work for days they aren't paid. That is how jobs work.

Very unprofessional they let anyone run this facility that our love ones live in and treat them any kind of way . Then when you want to speak to the person in charge ***** she makes it even worse and care nothing about anything or how anyone is treated.

I appreciate your input. We are sorry that your issues could not be resolved to your satisfaction. However, we go above and beyond industry standards to provide quality care to our residents. We are not skilled care providers and cannot provide those services. By regulations, we must discharge residents when we cannot meet their care needs, unfortunately, that does create stress for everyone but it is our goal to assure residents get the care they require even when it means we have to discharge to a higher level of care for their well-being. Regards,

This company falsely advertises services that they are providing for a ***************** Facility". They do not offer ANY type of cleaning services (supposed to be done weekly) or activities to the residents, other than sub par meals and pass medication in an unsafe manor. When I tried to address this with the company, several staff members promised to address them and never did. Then the facility tried to blame our family and say that they were "never going to make us happy or meet or needs, all because we tried to advocate for my Mother and the other residents who live there. This company is deplorable and should be ashamed of themselves. Please asked to speak to the other residents and/or their families before placing a loved one in one of their facilities, who will be able to confirm all of this.
