  This so-called business, is a sham. Their workmanship is the worst ever. They write the contract and order the materials. They over ordered and used the worthless wood and keep the best for their own. If case nobody will believe me just come on over to my house where they did the construction and see.

  What an outstanding company...we had an 800 sgft deck built...after awhile we had a small issue and they went far and above to fix it. This company stands by its word and work !!

  We have nothing but praise for this company! US Quality Construction did large job replacing siding/fascia/trim covering job on our 3-story home in Columbia. Vlad and his team were conscientious, hardworking and friendly. They were professional- skilled at their jobs, consistent crew members, never day labor. Each worked hard and often independently. The crew did everything well, including an amazing job cladding curved trim that other companies wouldn't even attempt. They clearly each had all the right tools, including an impressively secure sort of scaffold system, quite reassuring to us given house height + slope + mud outside. The site was picked up after each day, and well cleaned after the job completion. Clearly our happiness was a priority, and we appreciate their work.

  Its impossible to overstate how happy we were with the people, quality of work and overall experience we received from US Quality Construction. We contracted with the company to do a full deck replacement and new rails and screening on two screened-in porches. This was a huge job essentially the equivalent of two deck installations (plus the porches). While the job was huge, US Quality Construction was more than up for the task. Despite the size of the project, the number of problems was minimal (and what problems did occur were to be expected and were quickly addressed by the crew). And when I say minimal, I use this as an example: Weve had infinitely more problems with a kitchen backsplash installation (different contractor, of course) that we were doing concurrently with the deck install than we did with the deck project. Of note we want to give our highest praise to the crew. They were focused, courteous, solution-oriented and hard workers. We were fortunate to have the daily onsite oversight of co-owner *********************************, who was amazing. In addition, the other co-owner *** Kondradtyuk was super helpful in ensuring permits were obtained, ordering and communicating about delivery of supplies and more. These gentleman have clearly built a company built on a culture of quality, accountability and customer satisfaction. Ill recommend them to everyone I know and would work with them again without a moments hesitation.
