    I purchased a 2016 Jeep Wrangler and they were very friendly during the process. Until I refused to purchase any extended warranties. We did ask them to provide the owner's manual and they said they would do so. The next day a dashboard temperature light came on and we reported it. They reset the light and said that would fix the problem. The light came back on and because we didn't pay the fees for the extra warranty, they said it wasn't their problem. Maybe it wasn't, but it seems like bad business to reset a light, sell the car, knowing that there could be an issue, almost fraudulent in my opinion. We asked about the owner's manual and were told when they get it they will call us and not to call back. After investigating the code, we replaced the part for about 25 bucks, but were appalled by the way they treated us after we purchased the Jeep. Think twice about doing business here. I have purchased cars from ****** and ****** both in town and never have been treated like this. I would not go back and buy from them again.

    On January 16, 2023, ****************** purchased a Jeep Wrangler from ************************************** not W-K Chevrolet as listed under this BBB ID. We are two distinct dealerships with different corporations although we do have the same owners. Even though W-K Chevrolet did not have any transactions with ******************, perhaps we can help clarify the situation.First, I am sorry that ****************** felt pressured to purchase a warranty. We do not pressure anyone to purchase anything, but we do offer every product to every eligible vehicle purchase. Concerning the light, there was some miscommunication. This part was covered under the factory Certified Pre-Owned Warranty (CPO) which ************ included, without charge, to ****************** when she purchased the vehicle. W-K includes this warranty on almost all retail sales of pre-owned vehicles within certain age and mileage parameters. Our service manager was not aware that it had one of these warranties. Once we found out about this situation we immediately contacted ****************** and ordered a taillight and another part that was not functioning properly. The parts should both arrive in about a week and be installed at no charge at that time.The W-K salesperson who was assisting ****************** has stated that she is happy now that she knows that she does have warranty coverage and that her auto problem is going to be taken care of by ************. She even stated that she will be confirming this with the BBB.W-K has built a solid and great reputation on taking care of our customers, and we definitely can sympathize with ****************** with our miscommunication. We intend to make sure that she continues to be very satisfied with our vehicles and our level of service.
