    I was sold a fraudulent warranty, I was over the miles the day I bought a the policy. Which was not gone over with me at the time of purchase. Top of page three said anything over 125000 all seals and gaskets would not be repaired at any level of warranty. At purchase I was at 137000. I bought the car on late November 2021 , I went in for an oil change to discover that the oil housing unit needed to be fixed because of the gaskets and seals they denied the claim to fix the car. I tried to speak with blue current and they would not take any ownership that they have sold a fraudulent policy and the agent that sold it to me received bonuses off of me for selling them to me. At any resolve they said the only thing they could do would be to remove all of policies off of my loan. And possibly get into further debt which I was ultimately denied for to have the cost of the repairs covered. When I wanted to speak with somebody about that they were rude and accused me of having no proof of anything that had been done and try to force me to go to the same agent that all of the problems came from. They would only refund a prorated amount for both warranties. They could not provide a new payment date or amounts of refunded added to the loan. The agent named Stephanie C. Failed as well to add insurance documents to my loan proving that I had insurance causing them to add another 1500 to the loan they said that would also be prorated to refund part only even though I’ve had insurance through for ******* ********* ******* and can prove it since the day I purchased the vehicle.

    I would not even give this so-called credit union one star in rating period. Save yourself the time and headache and go elsewhere. By far the most unprofessional, rude financial institution I have ever encountered in my life. Who denies payments and belittles you and yells and threatens you, also says you are not allowed back at any credit union in which me as a customer is the reason this place has customers and is up and running. Not to mention they said all of this when I asked to speak with a manager. So wrong on every level. I have never been treated so poorly and like pond scum. That is until I opened a savings account that I am currently blocked from and have an open car loan. This is not how a business should be running period. STAY FAR AWAY IF YOU WISH TO BE TREATED LIKE A HUMAN, this PLACE DOES THE OPPOSITE.
