Every time I gave him $12,500 the money went somewhere beside paying his subcontractors, so I had to pay them. The framers never showed up because they never were paid. He never paid them. After the foundation was done I gave him another $12500 for the next faze which was framing and they did not show up. So, we had to get a mason. My framing was never done by a professional and I paid for that to be done by a professional. I gave him another $12500 for the next faze which was for sheet rockers. No, sheet rockers showed up. His kid and he showed up a little bit to help his kid. All my ship lap is cut so crooked that it does not match up to the door frame. I have to fill in the cracks myself. We had a licensed plumber and the faucet blew up and the plumber fixed that. His twenty year old son did the out lets for the electrical work and he had to come back out and fix that. The inspector would not pass the inspection for something that has nothing to do with the work being done. The inspector is concerned with the garage. The final payment is $12500.00 and I don't think I owe them anything. I want a zero balance with this business and I want no further contact with the business.
