    We hired this company in March 2021 to install leaf covers for the gutters on our home. A couple years ago we had to have new gutters installed due to a tree that damage our last ones. We now are having issues with the leaf covers that is causing leaks behind the gutters and onto the wood of our home. We have contacted the business multiple times and they have come out 2 or 3 times. They say they will fix the issue, but they always tell us it will be a different time. Every time we contact them, we are told they are busy and basically are just given an excuse or run around. We are always told it will have to be sometime else. We have been going through this for months and the leaks still persist. When we had the contractor out who installed the gutters initially a few years ago, he said it was not an issue with the gutters but the covers. The leaking issue did not start until these leaf covers were installed.

    Someone else installed his gutters and we installed a **** *****.  He had a little trouble with it.  I went back and fixed it.  When it rained, I went back and there wasn't an issue.  I haven't heard from him since six weeks ago.  He contacted me.  His gutters were not cleaned out.  The gutters guards do not keep everything out of the gutters.  When the company installed his gutters, they put commercial downspouts on it which gives a better flow.  They installed an outlet and it was wrong so it didn't have the full capacity of the down spout.  We went over and cleaned the gutters for free.  I explained to him that I was short staffed and overbooked.  I have to meet deadlines.  He wasn't having a major problem, so I was going to get to him when I have an opportunity.  I can't give him a date at this point.  If it was a major problem and it deals with me, I would be right over there.  I spoke to him today and I told him I would get to him when I'm available or I would refund him for the guards and I would remove my product.

    I am rejecting this response because: He called yesterday and ripped me up one side and down another because I notified the BBB. He said it was unnecessary and I said it was because I am tired of calling him. He said it was not a major problem anyway and he said months ago that he would put me on the list.  There is a problem, the gutters are leaking and he said it would not hurt anything. I said there is such thing as wood rot. He said he came out and cleaned my gutters for nothing but his helper did not clean the gutters, he only cleaned the northwest corner that was plugged. And the other three corners was checked by his helper and they was not plugged. The gutters was not flushed out or nothing. He said he hadn't heard from us in in 6 weeks. He came out in April and looked at the gutters and said that he would get with his guy and he left. When I called him again, He said I just talked to you the other day and I told you I would put you on my list. The whole month of May it rained. I called him again and he said he would get to me when he could and to be patient. When he did the job a year ago in Mar 2021 I paid him that day when they finished. He did not have to wait a week, a month or six months for his money.  He said oh I am overbooked, under staffed and have dead lines.  He said he would refund my money and take back his product but that would not take care of the water leaking behind the gutters that the covers caused. I am tired of him telling me he will get to my gutters when he gets good and ready.
