1 starWorst job ever!!! Can't even make this stuff up. Was hired for full time employment. Then full time was taken from me to part time. 45 day evaluation was outstanding. Didn't make any difference, they were staging my exit. Never late, never missed a day, was highest rated team member for the store in testing. If 0 was an option that's the rating this company deserves. Remember they can terminate you, just by someone telling a lie about you to your manager, without justification to the truth. There is no truth with O'reilly auto parts, just a play by play plan that's surely subject to CHANGE in their behalf. What an abomination. I cringe every time I pass one, just knowing the behavior of the Company. *************** you say. LOL!!! you call them, then you frame you for telling the truth and hold it against YOU! Then they set you up through HR to terminate you. Oreilly products really **** too! The return rate of damaged warranty parts was astronomical. That alone was an 8 hour job every day. The way they run their stores, I'm shocked at the stores that have very, very, little business are still open. Between the employee turn around and the garbage parts that they sell, except for the premium stuff, but even those get returned for warranty. Still have to pay the labor if the parts are bad and have to replace them again. If you need anything go to any other auto parts store and Thank me later. Your welcome! Also like the website says this IS NOT a BBB credited Business. Deal with them at your own risk! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!Review fromJaime A

1 starI will never go back to ********** in Wrens. People in there are very rude. They do not have a clue what's going on an it's hard to get waited on. I will will drive a hour away to get my parts now on. Corporate need to pay a surprise visit just to watch but don't tell them you are coming. They are a bunch of idiots that work in this one. What a joke. If there was a zero star that's what I would rate the one in ***** at point blank.Review fromWilfred R

5 starsFour employees at two ********** ******************** deserve high praise. Today they went to great lengths to help me w/ my car, which puzzled them all: almost all my back lights had gone out overnight. The first ********* *****, at ******** advised checking the fuses and then using a $7 tool to check the wiring. He thoroughly explained the tool and NEVER talked down to me despite me being a senior woman. ***** could have sold me a more expensive tool, but he said I only needed a simpler one.The next exemplary employee was at *********** in *******, 4 miles from ******** and close to my home. I wanted to try fixing my lights with fuses first, so ***** checked online. I thought his search was in error because I didnt know that most of the fuses were the same. He was very polite but quite sure of his find, yet he searched more anyway, and then asked **** to confirm. (Forgive me: ***** was young, so this was my case of "youth ageism.") **** searched & confirmed *****'s finding, but **** also found a unique fuse I might need. I went to my car to pull some fuses & bring them in to make sure I was buying correct ones. Id been struggling w/ my fuse ************* and examining my owner's manual for 10 minutes when ******* came out to my car and asked how it was going. He showed me how to pull out the fuses and then checked & found they were fine. Next, he went under my dashboard in a very awkward place for the other fuses but, undaunted, he found those fuses were fine, too. When I showed ******* the newly rat-chewed plastic bags in my trunk (no food), this industrious employee pulled away at a panel and BINGO! Rat-chewed wires were exposed. ******* then explained how these wires could be fixed fairly easily. My car is a 2011 ****** Corolla, but EVERY ******** employee treated me as if I owned a ******* near **** *****' home. They never treated me like an old lady with an old car.Ive already relayed this to countless others. Major kudos to O'Reilly Auto Parts.Review fromPam A

5 starsWe were wowed with great customer service again today! The manager at the Fairview store in ********, *****, honored our warranty, swapping our battery and replacing for free! Then, when corrosion complicated the process, he cleaned and fixed some loose connections, until our van started right up! We are incredibly thankful for his diligence today!Review fromErnestWilliams

1 starI came to the part store to get help with a battery or alternator. When I came in the store the merchants did not greet or offer me any kind of help. When I got in line I was waiting for them to finish up with the guy before me and after his turn, the black woman merchant treated me like my presence or existence wasn't next to be helped. They where trying to overlook my turn for other ppl of favor because there was no other customer in the store for a small second or two when I was standing up there at counter. As soon as other customers came into the store they where motivated on skipping my turn. I felt my pigmentation had alot to do with me not getting the right professional help that I needed from this company. The woman yelled at me and said that she didn't give a f*** what I do. I'm so upset or filled with mental anguish about this.Review fromty p

5 starsI've always had good experience with Oreilly's. The people who work there have always been willing to go the extra mile and the prices are good. I moved to ** over a year ago and started going to the store on Old 41 in ******************** mostly because the manager **** is a good guy and very knowledgable. He is patient and willing to help try to figure out whatever problem my cars might be having. Because of him, this is my go to. If you see this ****, keep up the great work; I and many others I'm sure appreciate your great attitude and professionalism..Review fromKate M

5 starsAhoy, *********** is a cool place to buy auto parts. The people working at our ************, ********** locations are really fantastic. I have many vintage vehicles and often need little doodads, and auto parts. The people working are so nice, and nothing at all like the robot people you find at many other companies today. I don't know how *********** (large corporation) manages to staff such amazing people, but we really appreciate it! The parts are good too, and we had to return an item we did not use and that was no problem at all. Thank you *********** for hiring real people to do real work. Cheers.Review fromCliff D

5 starsAssistant manager ***** from the ****** Tx store was amazing and very friendly. My battery was getting replaced and it was so corroded in bad shape. He grabbed his own tools from his truck and successfully pulled my old battery covered with corrosion and filth and cleaned all my connections and sprayed the cleaner on it and installed new battery. Very patient and friendly to talk too the whole time. ******* customer service. Thank you
