I found someone on ******** sometime in May saying that he can get a vehicle from an auction if I provide three vehicles I like from the auction to bid. Turns out he works for a company called 314 Mo auto and he has a boss who signs the paper work. I did also tell them to get me a vehicle with low milage. He came to my house 05/29/24 to which I gave him the money and the 3 pictures. I was promised the vehicle would be delivered on either 05/30/24 or 05/31/24, but did not get it to me until the 1st of June. The vehicle he got me not only was not any of the 3 I chose, but he also did not provided a title, a temp tag but registered in ** (why would they only make MO tags for me who lives in **? More over they did not provide it to me same day, it took a couple extra days after) and claimed that parts were changed out and new even though the hose came off and anti freeze is spilling everywhere. Since I was having issues with the person I was doing the sale with, they told me to call the business. I talked to the boss and he told me that all he does is fill out the paper work. Up until now every single expectation that I was told and set with has never once been true. The vehicle has high milage, the vehicle they showed me over the photos was not the one I ended up getting. They tell me they rebuilt the car with new parts, but they are not. They never communicated properly about the situation.Business response

The person that put the claim is not the customer. I talked to the customer and she is ok with everything and said she is going to cancel the claim. We did everything for her and provided all the services she needed.Customer response

The business contacted me and pressured me to drop the complaint. He is holding my car title hostage if I don't drop the complaint. I would like to have my money back.Customer response

They gave me the title and the odometer paper and I sent it to the *** and couldn't get anything registered because it wasn't right. I spoke *******************, the owner of the place I bought the car from, and I told him the temp tags would be expiring on August 4th. He was asking if I cancelled the complaint with the BBB and is refusing to give me another temp tags because the complaint has not been cancelled.Customer response

I went to the auction place to find out more information about the title because the business owner was not responding to me. I found out that the title had to be sent off to the previous owner, something about the mileage. I found out that the 314 MO Auto is using a different address than what the BBB has on file for them.Customer response

We had a dispute with the title, I took the title back up to the auction with her there and she heard what they said that until we physically get the title there was nothing we could do. I told her as soon as the title comes in, I will contact her ASAP. We printed out numerous temp tags for her. We sent off the title and it will take a couple of months to get it back.
