Our son purchased a 2024 ***** TrailBoss on 6/15/2024 (His First Adult purchase). We werent given a temp tag as you should receive on your vechile when its new awaiting your permanent tag to come in. Well we have had to go up (as they Only give us either 1 maybe 2 Temporary tags) weekly so that we dont get pulled over for no tag. A couple weeks ago they gave me a COPY of our paperwork where the tag was applied for, so I took it yesterday 6/22/2024, to our local tag office in ******* and they shared that there is Nothing in their system of the *** number nor our sons name for this Truck to process given me a tag for his truck. They only show the **** Raptor which we traded in and no longer own. I phoned back to share the not so good news to our salesman and shared with their finance **** to again have NO luck. I then phoned back later to speak to the ** ******************, he wasnt available but left a message for him to return my call on 6/23/2024, as he would be back today, per the receptionist. She (receptionist) said she would go back to that **** and let them know what happened to see if someone would call me back-No one responded Its been a month and a half and we cant get anything-no help from the dealership either! I advised that if my son gets pulled over and a ticket then we will see them in court! I also advise that due to the inconvenience that the salesman should bring weekly to my son a temporary tag and if we have to come to get one weekly (he cant because hes an *** player) then they should have to pay us $100 each trip for the inconvenience caused!! This is just getting ridiculous at this point!!
