She took it to AutoZone and they put it on the computer and said it was the fuel pump. Turned car back in to dealership that Monday and say it will be put in shop. They won't give us a car until her car get ready. Not telling me how long it's gone take or anything. Just want my contract canceled and money back so I can go somewhere else and get my daughter a car. Help me

Mr ******* and Ms. ******* purchased a 2019 ford fusion on march 22,2024. The car was in proper working order, Customer took delivery and over the weekend the check engine light came on.  It turns out it was a fuel pump going bad.  We got her to drop the car off and took it to our ford service center to be repaired at no cost to the customer.  Mr ******* later return to the store to tell me that his daughter no longer had a ride to work and needed a loaner. I informed him that it is store policy that we dont give loaners for liablity reasons but in rare cases we can make exeptions. I decided to make a exception in this case to help the family out. A week later Ms ******* returned the loaner and said she didnt want it due to it having problems. The car has no active faults or codes, I informed ms ******* that this is the only one she would have available. She understood. Around a week later Mr ******* and daughter returned to the store needing a loaner again. I told them we didnt have one.  Mr, ******* then stated that Ally which is his lein holder told him he had 30 days to return the car. I informed him as stated on the contract that they both signed that mississippi doesnt provide for cooling off period of the sale and we could not cancel the sell, We are fixing the car they purchased as quickly as we can so we can return it to them. Its my understanding is this is a common ford issue and they are waiting on parts to fix the car and return it to the customers. They are not being charged for any of the work being done. As for being able to cancel the extend service plan Mr ******* and Ms ******* can they will just need to come in the store.

    Regards,

    ****** *******

It took 2.5 weeks for him to get us a loaner. The loaner car was shaking bad and missing so Ms. ******* returned it to get another car and he refused it. He was real rude when me and Ms. ******* came and spoke with him.

I purchase a 2018 **** Fusion on November 14, 2023 roughly, 3 day of driving only 15 to and from work the motor went out. I received the car back on January 15, 2024. Company stating and ensuring that they replaced the motor. On Friday, April 05, 2024 the motor has gone out once again. IMPOSSIBLE if you replaced it. They have straight forward told me that its basically not there problem and it was just a bad buy per Office Manager. With the inclusion of I made a trade-in . Therefore, I am left with nothing. I have informed the fiance company about this matter and they are willing to submit any necessary supporting documents that you all may need.
